After receiving an empty box and thinking I had lost my purchase and my money, I was in contact with several customer service agents, no one helped me. But now, thanks to Tommy, Bestbuy has fulfilled and responded to my purchase. I recommend, to pick up in store. Unfortunately they don’t guarantee safe shipping.

Orange park location my son and I went in with an issue and I’m not going to go into detail but I wanted to say that Julia at the returns counter went above and beyond to fix the issue. I am more than thankful.
Ray is FANTASTIC! He took his time and helped us with everything we needed. He was honest, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He made our experience better than we expected. Thanks!
