Check out... not even doing regular check out registers, wait in line for customer service with returns and curb side pick ups...
Went in to the Blanding Blvd Best Buy to make an exchange of an item because the case was too large. The item I wanted and the item I was exchanging were still the same price. However, I was told I had to PAY best buy to exchange it because the "sku" numbers didn't match. Again, the prices were the same for the larger and the smaller item. Customer resolution of this exchange was disappointing/non-existent.
The store manager is great. Very organized in handling of new item release days.
Every time I come here the service is worse than it was the time before. The customer service agents behind the counter treat you like you’re a bother 90% of the time you come here. You can stand here and watch 5 Best Buy workers standing around doing nothing but talking while customers wait in the mobile area and other areas for assistance with purchases. The guy with the glasses behind the customer service counter was honestly kind of a jerk today, and I spend a lot of money at Best Buy so I shouldn’t have to deal with the “annoyed” attitude. If you don’t like your job, quit.
