So this afternoon i witnessed a really unprofessional female named ryleigh refusing to assist a crew member that needed assistance with a customer in a very disgusting way, made me just leave and make my purchase elsewhere, pretty sure i spent more for my purchase but the location had representatives that cared about the customer, not sure why bestbuy management allows people like this to continue assisting the public with this type of behavior but in my opinion she definitely shouldn't be employed with that immature display of customer service.

***MATT WHO WAS WORKING THE GREETING KIOSK WAS AWESOME AND THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ON HIM HES THE ONLY REASON ITS NOT 1 STAR*** I needed a radio harness, looked it up online had the part number and everything. Walked into the store asked Arianna where it would be she hurriedly pointed me to the other corner of the store and returned to customer service where she was chatting with her coworker. Went to the other portion of the store the guy in that section was in the install bay on his phone not helping anyone. Tapped the glass and he didn’t move. Walked back up to the front and found Matt who very quickly got my item pulled because it was in the install bay so I physically couldn’t have gotten it. Went back to customer service to pay and Arriana and the other gentleman talked through the whole transaction. I then waited for my receipt for a moment until their conversation ended and his response was “oh my bad it went to your email” outside of Matt who was awesome, very poor customer service. Had I not needed that part today I would’ve ordered off Amazon.
