Best Buy Orange Park

I called the day of to make sure they were doing a midnight release of Pokemon Legends ZA. The store customer service member assured me they were doing one. I’ve been waiting here at 12 for over 15 minutes and the doors are still shuttered and closed. Super frustrating to be out this late and lied to about an event.

Dothan treat me good . Columbus ga location Maybe something will change but off to other vendors the points were cool but I got tired of going to pick up orders and not being able to pick them up. Now I shop here for petty crap in a bind but other than that Sam's club is 2 dollars cheaper gives me tax exempt and throws the 3 year warrantys on the tvs instead of me spending a bunch of money to get my total plus whatever the crap was that i had for 2 years after gravbing the oleds a couple days after release. One questing though when a company/person orders 8 tvs comes 3 days later to pick up the tvs you can't tell them they can't pick them up because you have 27 in stock and its against policy to sell more than 5 but its not against policy to order the mother fers pay for them drive an hr to get them and get told by an high school student you can't get the tvs because the account is in a business name so you gotta change the fing pick up name because best buy upgrades your account for tax exemption to a buisness account but you know after 2 years of someone not knowing how to process a pdf file that they have verified multiple times that im tax exempt. you usually spend any where fro 1400 to 10k everytime you walk in even though 47 people can't figure out the tax exemption process after 2 years even though it shows it on the account. So I gave up best buy is cool but I got better things to do than fight the process. But I will say the points were kinda cool but yeah not going through it anymore. Dominic tried wish he was there that day things would've went different. that's all the crap after the business account change all the other crap you know disappeared because of crap personal buisness account

CAR AUDIO SCAMMERS. I had a Pioneer 7" stereo installed, but it only worked intermittently, and when I took it back they tried to convince me the amp was bad and I needed to spend another $1200. The guy told me how my vehicle had a special smaller Bose amp that was very expensive (100% lie. My amp is huge). He told me he could tell my speakers were bad (another lie). Speakers work great after I plugged in a LOOSE CONNECTOR (which is what I told them it was). They got angry I would say something like that. I Wasn't happy spending an entire day diagnosing the problem, but I sure am glad I did so I could see how bad they were trying to scam me. My huge Amp & old speakers work perfectly now. Too bad it wasnt just one tech that tried to scam me, I could right that off. IT WAS 3 of them! The whole department is crooked.

This review is more for the district and corporate. I love this store and 5 stars to all the great associates at this store. Unfortunately I do not agree with Best buy not having cashiers at the front end. Why are you using your service desk associates as regular cashiers when they have a lot of responsibilities already (online orders pick up, returns, exchanges, phone inquiries , Geek squat, sweet customers, angry customers and who know what else ) Please be considered and allow budget to schedule cashiers your employees are not robots and deserve respect. Best buy used to be way better.
