Been through several expensive TV's, 3 now to be exact and I always purchase the best warranty along with it only to have to go back in for another one because their TV's won't work properly for more than a few years. This last time I spent $4,500 on an 85-in Samsung OLED and they talked me into some Total Tech plan and we were told it was good for 5 years and now of course just after 2 years I have a problem so I call and I find out the sales people lied to us and plan is only good for 2 years. Now that's just wrong and I am not going to go through this with Best Buy again. I will give someone else my business that can provide a decent warranty without lying to me. So long Best Buy, never again.
I was having connectivity problems with my iPad and my appointment was at the Geek Squad 1pm. Mr. Giorge Philips, Consultation Agent, was prompt and asked good fact-finding questions. In no time at all he found the problem and had it corrected! I appreciated his professionalism and interested & helpful manner. Mr. Philips is a valuable employee of Best Buy!
One word incompetent! Did online pick up they canceled order and now I am out my $50 in rewards and the money doesn’t go back to CC not one person in the store understood what would actually happen to my rewards or the credit on my CC. Worst experience
