I had a Geek Squad appointment originally scheduled for Saturday, August 2nd for a TV inspection required for a replacement. They rescheduled me to August 7th, and today, after waiting all day for my 10 a.m.–2 p.m. appointment with no technician and no clear ETA, they’ve now pushed me to August 22nd.
This is the second time I’ve had to block out an entire day, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’ll be bringing the TV in-store instead and will not be using their in-home service again.
Waited 25 minutes after being told go printers and someone would be with me in a couple minutes. Then noticed they waited on 3 more people who waited at the desk that came in after me. Terrible Customer Service. Off to find a Staples or something similar.
Displaying gaming laptops that can't be purchased due to out of stock and cannot be ordered.....very disappointing
