Absolute worst store, needed a cable, the app and the phone system both said it was in stock, drive 30 minutes, crossed a toll bridge, just to get in store and be prompted to get in a waiting queue, since I knew the item wasn't locked up and 2 sources said it was in stock I said no. Went back, found the hook the cable went on but no cable, have to flag someone down to have them check, guess what, it's not in stock. Check app and phone again and they both say it's in stock. No apologies, no attempt to correct the issue, nothing. Best Buy used to be good, not anymore.

Friendly staff is the only reason it gets an upvote, but they really do not help the clientele there who have spent thousands of dollars at that store… I won’t be going back there again to purchase items.

Don't expect honesty, integrity or even decency from customer service here. I returned the defective GoPro they sold me and the scummy salesman looked it over and had to see my $40 SD card was still inserted, but didn't tell me. When I went back hours later to get it they were dismissive telling me it was already sent out without even looking. They don't deserve any business. Shop elsewhere. Their policy is if you leave it then it's theirs to keep. They stole my SD card as far as I'm concerned. A bunch of low life thieves.
