My wife and I purchased a new refrigerator earlier in the week to be delivered today. We did not get a call to let us know of a time but I eventually got a text the day of delivery with a link to track our order. It showed that our fridge would be here at 12:30, so half an hour prior I removed all of our food from the old unit and pulled it out onto the porch for pickup.
And then the delays started. Delay after delay until, over four hours late, they arrived with...a defective unit. The driver informed me that they would not be able to bring another out for a week. All this to say that after wasting our entire day waiting around we are out $300 worth of groceries, missed any leftover Labor Day sales, and have to find a unit somewhere else.
But it's okay; Best Buy offered a $100 gift card to say sorry...IF we were willing to wait another week for a new unit. We were not. Thanks for costing us hundreds of dollars and a day we'll never get back, Best Buy.

This store appears to be set up to defend from looters.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Ordered a refrigerator with what was left of my savings. They told me that the refrigerator would be there in *3* days. Then they call me and tell me that it would take another 6 days to get it delivered. Well, here we are six days later and I get a phone call saying it would be another 7 days before they could deliver the refrigerator. I explained I have an INFANT at home that needs MILK. Still they make 0 efforts to fix the situation. I tell them I’ll go to the store after work to see if they can do something about the delivery and if they can’t then I’ll have to cancel the order and go somewhere else because my baby needs his milk. The lady then proceeds to hang up on me and cancel my order. The money can’t be refunded to me until 2-3 business days meaning I can’t purchase anything for that time period. So now, my child still has to go without what he needs. They didn’t do ANYTHING to help me and they didn’t apologize not one time. They gave a 3 day promise period that somehow turned into 16 days just to deliver something 35 minutes away. This place is a joke. They will never receive another order or purchase from me again.
