Best Buy hahaha Not even a good buy. Done shopping here. People are jerks. Unhelpful. And they don’t stand behind their products, warranties, policies or own store rules. Terrible place and people here.

Bad experience here with an open box laptop. They said it worked. I bought it. It didn’t. I brought it back and they won’t take it back. Like, gotcha sucker. I’m very upset and I will be telling a lot a lot a lot of people.
