It’s a normal Best Buy. It feels less like a ghost town than the one near ucsd. Service was good the past couple times that I’ve gone.
I just want to share how happy I was with my recent experience at this location of Best Buy. I'd been chewing on getting a new computer for a bit, as mine was and old wimp. Ian approached me as I was trying to decide between two good machines, but led me in a third direction that I didn't expect, but I came to be really happy with his suggestions, especially after the purchase. If this was a weekend spiff, good on management for offering it and good on Ian for recommending it. If not, even better for Ian for leading me to machine that has more than passed my expectations. It cost even a little less than one of the machines I was looking at, but he showed me how it could align better with my interests. After some small buyer's remorse (I'm an anorexic spender) I came to find out I love the machine that Ian recommended! It surpasses my expectations in every way.
Ian is an excellent salesman because he listens to what the client actually wants and steers him to that. I even bought a monitor, not because I needed one, but because I was already spending a bit, I said to myself "Why not?" while Ian gently led me the whole way. He has a way of making someone determined to make a purchase, actually make a purchase without feeling pressure. I think his way is what you should be looking for in a salesman, or even a manager. Thanks Ian, (hope I've been spelling it correctly!)! I endorse this location, and I especially endorse Ian. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It's everything you'd expect at a Best Buy. FYI the geek squad doesn't fix Ipad screens on site. They send them to Apple to be serviced so you're better off going through apple rather than the geek squad. I wish I would've known this prior to my appointment.
