I bought a 1800 monitor from this Best Buy and it was returned by someone else and they handed them a store credit gift card for it. I’m filing a police report right now, but Anthony Maltman had no proof of purchase or ID, this should not have been allowed.

The guy who looks after Samsung mobile sales was a punk. He talked down to me while clacking on gum. He seemed impatient and unwilling to answer my questions and sighed when I asked him if he could check on stock. I got so turned off I left and will now buy elsewhere on line instead. I don’t recommend this store for the above reasons

Avoid purchasing your TV from here at all costs. On 6/28/26, I purchased the 65” Samsung The Frame Pro Series TV and was close to walking out but unfortunately had put off purchasing this TV for weeks and just made my purchase since this was my only day off in the past two weeks. As a woman I was not greeted by a single employee in the department although several of the men in blue and black polos made eye contact with me (not a single acknowledgment or “we’ll be with you in a moment”). After standing around for a few moments I approached two of the employees who were talking to each other and asked if they were available. One employee told me he was assisting someone and would have to stop helping me when his customer returned, which I completely understood. Another employee in a black polo assisted me after and was able to answer my questions (hence the two stars instead of one). He passed me off to an employee in a blue polo who was incredibly condescending and appeared annoyed with my questions. I kept telling myself to just sit through the uncomfortable process because I didn’t know when I would be able to return. How unfortunate that what was supposed to be an exciting and indulging splurge on myself, turned into a terrible shopping experience. If you’re a woman and absolutely have to buy in person, I’d strongly advise bringing your husband, boyfriend or male friend, so that you aren’t treated as poorly and might be taken more seriously than I was.

Customer service was great... product knowledge not so much... I miss the old days when staff relied on memory and wit, not computer guidance!
