Best Buy Mission Valley

I've been very pleased with the Geek Squad. Thy are very professional with tech knowledge & computer repair and get you in and out. Polite too.

“If I cOUlD gIvE ZERO sTarS I woUlD” every single time I come here I swear to god the team members at the register are always so angry to do their job. The last time I came here I brought up 2 of the same items up one was marked as opened package (as is) and had no price and the other one was new. We took both up because tbh we wanted to see if it was a big price difference between the two. Mind you both these items had spider wraps on them (security devices). Story is we asked the price for the open boxed (as is) one she proceeded to say “ that it takes a lot of time to pull it up” with a huge sigh, as in really you want me to check ?, she also took the spider wrap off of this item and winded it up. So when we seen the price difference was only 10$ we said “thank you we’ll take the new one”, she THREW, yes THREW the spider wrap into a bin below the register. She was so angry that we had chosen the new one and even complained that now SHE had to put it back onto the floor rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing like she was about to blow a house down. Then proceeded to take the other spider wrap off and THREW it into the bin like if she was throwing a tantrum. She’s an older masc lady with glasses and grey short hair, kinda on the chunky side (nothing wrong with that just a description so you can avoid that attitude) we legit twining im just younger with brown hair lol. It sounded like the floor team were giving her a hard time (not trained properly) but that is no way to treat a customer I’ve worked in all types of jobs and I’ve Neva done something so childish even when my days were not going good at work or personally. We didn’t say anything directly to her but we were def talking poop about her attitude infront of her cuz that was CRAZY.

The team at Best Buy Mission Valley is out of this world. Walking in felt like stepping into NASA Mission Control 🚀 — everything professional, precise, and smooth. I came in with a return and they handled it instantly, with courtesy and a smile. Instead of judgment, I was warmly told: “Please come back again.” That kind of service makes you feel valued and respected as a customer. It’s no surprise this store was buzzing with energy and full of happy shoppers. Mission Valley has set the gold standard — this is how Best Buy should always feel. 🌟
