Took 45 min. And 5 different employees To find what I came in for. The first 4 employees sent me to 4 different locations in the store. Meanwhile, multiple employees all over the store were in huddles discussing everything under the sun instead asking customer if they needed assistance. I eventually did get someone who knew exactly what I was asking for and took me directly to it. All I was looking for was a car wireless adapter for my phone for car play. The first 3 employees didn’t even know what I was talking about. I can’t speak for all locations.
Best Buy, do better.

When I walked in I was greeted by staff and they were very helpful and knowledgeable as they always are each time I go to this location.
