The past few times I have been to the Bowling Green location the customer service has been stellar. Recently Tate took it to another level! This guy answered all my questions, packed my purchase to the register, rang up my purchase AND carried it to the car for me! To Tate's boss: This guy is definitely a keeper! Well done.

This store continues to go downhill. Our 18-year-old friend was so excited to buy a laptop on-sale for college a few days ago using money he earned pressure washing and mowing yards this summer. When he got it home, the screen was defective. He took it back to the Bowling Green store to exchange for another one. The store manager refused to let him exchange his laptop because he bought it on-sale a few days ago and it’s no longer on-sale. He said he would have to pay the difference now (over $300) to get the same laptop. The young man got a refund (hopefully, still waiting to see the credit) and now has no laptop for school. He was so excited and now is just sad and upset. Multiple store employees, including a manager, were rude and unhelpful. I believe they took advantage of him being so young. All because BEST BUY in BOWLING GREEN sold a kid a defective product. We will not be shopping here. I receive better customer service from Amazon.

I go throw tec pretty quick and they stand by there worinty no 3ed party clams. Money well spent on 2 year plans.

I came in and waited patiently. 2 people told me they would get me some help! Someone else ask for help, and someone said the same thing why did both of these people get help before I did? When I told him I had been waiting and could I get some help, the guy told me he would find someone to help me. I knew what I wanted and everything I didn't need to find it or anything. I was ready to buy and just needed to set an appointment for delivery. Went to Home Depot and had the best time with Ms Sabrina, Thanks to whoever the guy was that didn't help me.
