Horrible Guest Service, pushy salesman once I found salesman

Good knowledge and very helpful staff and support.
I am a prepaid customer with a scheduled appointment for installation which I need to speak with my salesman about. I walked into the Campbell Ln store, two young men standing there asked if they could help. I told CAMERON I would like to speak to Chance please, my salesman if he was there. CAMERON calls Chance and tells him ,and I quote " HEY,THERES AN OLD LADY UP HERE AT THE FRONT WANTS YOU ".
I admit I'm an old lady however this was very rude and unprofessional behavior on CAMERON'S part and he's a poor reflection of Best Buy's Staff while wearing their uniform and treating Senior Citizens in such a poor manor. My feelings were hurt and this young man just giggled when I told him how rude he was. I will be taking my business elsewhere when I'm through with my installation.
