Went here the other day to buy an iPad because it was on sale. It took me 15-20 minutes to get someone to help me and for them to find the one I was wanting. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.
dragged a TV across the store looking for help.

Not like Circuit City back in the day you could walk in and get all the help you needed from people who knew how to help.. no one knows anything at bestbuy..

Helpful, quick staff. Didn't have to stand around long to get assistance. Friendly, 😁, knowledgeable. Clean store, great prices, not pushy.
