Don't go to this store please!!
The manager is unprofessional. I tried to talk to him about some merchandise and he told me that the csr was the one who had to help me. His attitude was horrible.
I bought the best things here
I love BestBuy and choose it over MicroCenter every time, but this location is not very well run. Staff don’t seem to care much about anything. I did buy many things here like a TV, GoPro multiple times and so on.
Here are a few stories:
One time I bought a GoPro 360 and the lens was scratched and when I went back to exchange it (I opened it in the parking lot) the person looked at me so dirty like it was my fault….If I dropped it, it would be very clear that I dropped it, it was just the lens that was scratched.
One time I ordered an iPad online for same day pickup (said something like ready in 1hr) and they had about 3-4hrs before they close. I went in and asked if my order was ready they told it will be ready when I get an email. More than 2hrs later nothing so I went in and asked if they could just get it ready since I’m here and they said something like “it’s has to go through the process and there is nothing we can do about it”. I’m guessing because I bothered them they never processed my order on purpose since they closed that day and I never got my order. I cancelled and went to another one.
One time I was there looking to buy a smartwatch which was on sale on manufacturer’s website. They wouldn’t price match an item at this location so I went elsewhere and they did. The person I spoke to about price matching didn’t even bother to find out more info just told they can’t do it which is funny when you know they can and they will!
Overall super disappointing and poor customer service at this location. 3 stars because I still like BestBuy, 0 stars for this specific location!
