Employees were super attentive and knowledgeable.
I went into this bestbuy and I was looking for a camera charger and I did not know cannon cameras do not support unaffiliated batteries, chargers, etc and the salesman recommended me the wrong charger, when I went home to use the charger it completely drained my battery and didn’t let me take pictures or videos on my camera. I went back to bestbuy the next day for them to find out what was wrong and they did not give me any reasoning even though cannon doesn’t support unaffiliated items.
DO NOT use Best Buy in home services through geek squad. It’s an overpriced scam. They didn’t even show up, making me lose a day of pay at work, with no notice until after the scheduled window. This is a fraudulent service, and the customer service is very unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy due this mistreatment.
Ordered Pixel 9A as an open box online. It came Gmail locked With a previous owner's password needed tried to return Mario, the manager said that was impossible and I would have to do it online drove to the next nearest Best buy and they returned it. No issue their website specifically states you can return anything purchased from them to a store And their customer service line also says that's true apparently Mario has no idea what he's doing
