Every best buy i go to it seems the employee's are clueless to their jobs. I used the app to order 2 tvs and curbside pickup. I arrived after I got the email saying my order was ready drove 40mins and parked in a numbered spot for curbside pickup entered the number in the app and waited 45min before I went in and they had no idea I was out there and said they didn't know about my order. Then I had to wait for my order to get picked. Bestbuy is Terrible to deal with now!!!

Up front this is a review of Best Buy as we never received our WDT750SAKZ dishwasher. We purchased the dishwasher on Jan-30 with a delivery/install date of Feb 4. On Feb 3rd I was contacted by BB that they couldn't make the delivery, rescheduled Feb-11. On Feb-10 BB calls to conform delivery on the following day. Stayed home home from work on Feb-11 for the 10AM-1PM delivery window. About 9:30 BB calls and again they can't make delivery. Delivery is rescheduled to April-3 which is almost 2 months from original delivery date and unacceptable. BB asked to cancel the order 100% which they did. I've not purchased an appliance from BB before and never will again. I'm sure it's a great dishwasher and I'll soon have one from another store.
