Store manager seemed like he didn't want to be there. Not helpful
Delivery driver left fridge in downstairs hallway , refused to bring it upstairs, didn’t even try, said it wouldn’t fit, I brought it upstairs my self. Best Buy will not refund any of the delivery charge even though it was not completed.

I was looking to buy a new Canon camera my two choices being the R50 or R10. I went to the Attleboro location to see them in person and get a feel for each one. James the camera specialist was super knowledgeable and friendly. Originally I intended to just order it from a store in New Hampshire to save on taxes but returned a few days later to purchase it from there. Once I got to the camera section James recognized me, got the R10, and cashed me out all in the matter of 5 minutes. Being the weekend before Christmas the store was super busy and I did not expect to be in/out that fast. James was excellent and I never once felt that he was being pushy or trying to sell me accessories I did not need. Thanks again for all the help!
Geek squad was a bad experience for me. The job was done. When I got home I had a message that my appointment was canceled. The appointment after me was taken first.
