Warning. This Best Buy backdoors high cost pokemon cards product. This occured with the Prismatic SPC. Video proof was taken around 6pm on December 29th 2025. Truck driver also confirmed additional details upon request.

i had recently bought a brand new pre built pc from here only for it to have a hardware issue. as i went to the ‘geek squad’ for them to either compensate me or diagnose the issue they told me it’d be $180 for the diagnosis even though i had paid $300 for a 3 year warranty with the geek squad which doesn’t cover simple diagnosis / hardware replacement apparently? or i can exchange it under manufacture’s warranty but id have to wait 2 weeks for best buy to order a new one and i would have to return my current one on the spot. its just unfortunate that the ‘geek squad’ doesn’t have any power to do anything. go to microcenter.
