My laptop broke and went to get a new one, the guy who helped me was so nice and very knowledgeable... he didn't make me buy some so expensive but something for what I really needed it.

I stopped in to return an item and ended up browsing for a new laptop. I’m very particular and not a fan of Apple laptops, so choosing the right one felt overwhelming. Joel stepped in and immediately impressed me with his product knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to explain the differences between several laptops and made sure I truly understood my options without any pressure.
Even though I didn’t purchase that day because the model I want needed to be ordered, I left with a wow experience — something that’s rare these days. I’ll be returning to this Best Buy specifically because of Joel. He delivered the kind of customer experience that’s hard to find now. Thank you, Joel!
