Stay away!!!! Purchased a whirlpool oven with a warranty and when it came it already looked used- the oven does not heat up past 200 degrees - I tried to return it but due to having a warranty, I needed someone to come out and fix it instead which they did and it only lasted a week so I figured let me try calling Best Buy to return it cause I do not want this oven anymore. It’s only been two months and it’s already given us problems when I called they said there was nothing they can do about it because it’s been over 60 days. … I tried explaining to them that I called within three weeks of it being damaged and they hung up on me!!!! I’ve never had the worst customer service in my life…

went there to return a sony ult tower 9 speaker that was sent to me with minor damage and no optical cord i felt like I was going thru a police investigation the way cut the box open to examine the speaker as if i was being misleading or something
