How do I check product availability at the Bay Shore Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Ordered product for next day delivery. Waited all day for it. Website said it was assigned a driver and would be delivered by end of day. I called call center three times. They had me on hold for an hour then disconnected me three times. I will never waste my time again with Best Buy in Bayshore. Product never came. Now website says it may come in a few days. I needed this for Saturday or I would have never ordered it. I will return it immediately if I ever even see it .

Waited all day to get an order. It’s 9:07 pm and it is still not here and it says it’s being packaged for a delivery today. I wasted a whole day and I needed these for tomorrow. A total waste of time and money as I will be returning them if they ever get here. Try calling them. They put you on hold for 30 min and never return. Then they return and hang up on you. This store is a joke. I will cancel my charge here and never return.
