The guy who was helping me was so rude and didn’t help me anything. Also they charged my money and he was saying the payment was declined. Now İ can’t purchase anything because İ don’t have money on the card.

Best buy is one of my favorite stores, I get to browse around new tech and buy stuff I don’t need but enjoy. Huge fan, but I’m not a fan of their recent practices, it’s not the first time I come in and they sneak in one or two extra things at check out without me asking for it to end up paying more.
Today, I didn’t check my receipt until I got home and they charged me for an extra $10 for a foundation I did not ask for. I bought a pair of AirPods and the price seemed off and I asked what was the price again a she gave me the price but didn’t mention the extra $10.
Last time at a different BestBuy I bought a MacBook and they added AppleCare and MS office when I was about to swipe but the price didn’t seem right. I was able to catch this because the price difference was significant.
Very very sneaky, I hope these strategies somehow help with the earnings report so you can justify training staff to do this because it’s been like this in a couple of states where I purchased tech from this company.
