Thank you Jacob W, You provided me with a very positive buying experience on Friday night. I’m happy with the unit, your expertise and most importantly your Strong People Skills. You asked probing questions, listened critically and triaged the situation. As a result you offered me 2 different packages, one being custom assembled for my specific needs. You explained the benefits of both. Without your attention to detail I would’ve walked out with the “all in one” package. Which was significantly more expensive and wouldn’t have me feeling the GLOW I’m currently experiencing. #HappyCamper I recently spent a similar amount of money with Crutchfield in Charlottesville for a pair of Kanto speakers. I was psyched to finally replace a worn out 18 year old pair with something comparable to floating in Auditory Heaven. The “Order Takers” (both are advertised as having over 20 years employment with Crutchfield) didn’t ask any questions, leading to me being Significantly Inconvenienced and my sense Joyful Ownership tarnished (It’s all about the experience). My music source is an iPad, which Doesn’t have an AMP in it !!! I could hear crystal clear sound coming out of the speakers, but it was nowhere near loud enough to feel or even GASP offend the neighbors. They had to be returned and I spent Significantly More MONEY to get the sonic experience I was craving. It was a bittersweet experience when the correct system arrived. Thank you very much for my pleasant experience, David H

I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful customer service experience I had this weekend when upgrading my phone. Miriam Valenzuela, Verizon Specialist, went above and beyond to not only make sure I had the best Verizon plan to meet my needs, but also assist me in my transition from Android products to Apple. She is very knowledgeable in both, and made sure I was satisfied with my choices, as well as sharing with me many helpful hints for my new products. By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an upgrade! I highly recommended her expertise accompanied with a most pleasant attitude!

August 2025. Miriam V is a very competent and tireless Verizon Representative at Best Buy on Wards Road in Lynchburg. Her professional approach to technical is excellent. Her professional dedication to seeing the task to completion is superior. My new iPhone 16E needed her assistance over the course of a three week interval - Miriam worked on the resolution then pushed the concerns to Verizon Corporate technical - and she went above and beyond to organize a conf call with Corporate, her, and me for real time diagnostics and improvement. We stop in Best Buy and always make sure we say hello to Miriam.
