Been living in the area for going on 3 years now and every experience my family and I have had wasn't the best, except for today. Jacob was amazing, efficient, thorough and overall just exceptionally fantastic. Thanks to him my boyfriend and I had an AMAZING experience today

Went to pick up our preorder and they told us it won’t be available till the next day . That pisses me off because we had to pre pay for our copies for them to fail to perform what they have promised that we would get our copy the day of. Bad business. That’s a to big to fail company for you do whatever they want shrug their shoulders and tell you to deal with it

Thank you for your review. It can be really frustrating when a pre-order arrives to the store later than expected. While most pre-orders for pick up in store are ready on launch day, occasionally we don't receive the items in time from the distributors for the release date. Because there may be occasional issues due to shipping or weather events for example, we urge customers to wait until you receive the "Order Ready" email to avoid coming to the store when your order is not ready for pick up.
