Order BBY01-807183708600. Correct shipping address provided at time of order. Package is still going to my old address. Contacted Best Buy several times and told the issue has been escalated/delivery address updated and nothing has been done to correct the issue. Latest email directed me to contact fed ex for a package intercept (I guess a way to update delivery address) which I did. Was told only the shipper (Best Buy) could make that request. Called Best Buy again (4th time) and told them what needed to happen to fix their shipping mistake and was told they do not have the ability to make the call to fed ex. Why email instructions to customers that they can't use and does Best Buy know anything at all about customer service?

Geek Squad was very helpful and I only had to wait 1 full day for them to fix my laptop. The Windows OS was corrupt and I couldn't get into it. Also, the techs told me how to call them and get a live body!
