Please do not use curbside at this place. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes everybody inside just chilling talking either one of the employees said curbside was the worst thing to use here.

Order BBY01-807183708600. Correct shipping address provided at time of order. Package is still going to my old address. Contacted Best Buy several times and told the issue has been escalated/delivery address updated and nothing has been done to correct the issue. Latest email directed me to contact fed ex for a package intercept (I guess a way to update delivery address) which I did. Was told only the shipper (Best Buy) could make that request. Called Best Buy again (4th time) and told them what needed to happen to fix their shipping mistake and was told they do not have the ability to make the call to fed ex. Why email instructions to customers that they can't use and does Best Buy know anything at all about customer service?
