My wife and I came into Best Buy to purchase a new laptop for school, and Jann (I believe that was his name!) was absolutely FABULOUS. He took the time to really listen, understand what I needed for school, and help me find a laptop that would not only meet my needs now but continue to be a great option after I finish school.
What stood out most was how genuinely helpful and invested he was!! We never felt rushed or like he was just trying to make a sale out of us. He made me feel valued as a customer, answered ALL of our questions, and was just as excited as we were when we found the perfect laptop at a great price!! His enthusiasm made an already exciting purchase even better! We left feeling so excited and cared for!
This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Jann is knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves!!

I wasn't pleased with my experience. I needed help from the Geek Squad. After 2 appointments there, I was told I just needed to buy a new laptop. My current one is a Dell and stills works fine. I was simply asking for an upgrade.
