The one installer with chance on his name tag, was very rude, he didnt want to install the sub i bought from best buy, he called it junk, he says it would blow up in 6 months, I told the manager, thats not the way to up sell for a better item, me personally, I think he was being very lazy and didn't want to do his job. I will never have this store in lynchburg install anything else for me.
Very helpful, didn't have the product I was searching for but gave me great options within my budget.
Terrible customer service. Asked multiple people for help buying a large tv and was redirected to other workers who told me they were too busy with others. Also had no help placing tv in the car.
