I had an appointment Sean (Shawn) with the geek squad. He was helpful patient and answered all my questions. I struggle with technology and the simplest things for some people are over my head. I have been a member of the geek squad for several years and have worked with a number of the employees there. I have never been disappointed and they have always been very helpful, Today was no different. Sean is an asset to Best Buy.
Had a great experience at this location. Release day of a switch game I've been excited for, but I didn't pre-order it. The staff were very kind and friendly, despite me walking in a half hour before closing and asking for help finding one of the two copies they had left. It's been a long time since I've shopped at a Best Buy, but after the treatment I received here, I'll be back to idly shop (when it's not less than an hour before closing).

I walked in the Best Buy store for 20 minutes and not one sales consultant came to me and ask I needed help.There were more sales consultant at the register. I was in there to buy a 55 inch tv..When I walking oout the guy in front thank you coming in. I ended up buying it from the BJ whole cub instead because I had someone came and help me. I thought Best Buy was know for good customer service I see it’s not.
