We were looking for a CD cleaner. We asked a young man working in the audio department if he knew where they would be. We knew by the look on his face that he did not know what we were looking for. We sometimes forget that the young employees of today grew up with cell phones and other outlets for music. Lol. We should have asked for Navigation and DVD disc cleaner. The employee did search areas of the store for us but the store did not have the item we were looking for. The young man who tried to help us gave us a great customer service experience with this location.
