Terrible Experience at Best Buy Plymouth Meeting - Avoid at All Costs!
I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy, which turned out to be defective (yes, I even have a BSOD screenshot as proof). I contacted Best Buy’s online customer support, who seemed helpful at first and offered me a resolution: exchange the defective laptop for a working one.
However, when I arrived at the Plymouth Meeting store to get the issue resolved, I was met with nothing but resistance and dismissive attitudes. The staff outright told me that online customer support resolutions mean nothing to them. Instead, they expected me to return the laptop and pay an additional $700 for a new one! Seriously? If this store doesn't represent Best Buy's policies, why does it even carry the company’s name?
This is by far one of the worst Best Buy locations I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering shopping here, save yourself the headache and just order from places with better customer service, like Amazon or Newegg. They actually care about resolving issues without giving you the runaround.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Shop elsewhere.

Unless the item is readily available, PLEASE save yourself grief and do not have Best Buy deliver items to your home. They are terrible at having a consistent user experience for Best Buy members. In fact, even their excellent staff like Yafik and Andrew cannot make up for the fact that Best Buy is broken in its logistics.
I was expecting delivery on an item today and was reassured over and over that they would deliver said television today via text only for a last minute reschedule. They do this because they can get away with it if you let them. Please find alternatives.
Addendum: Add Curtis to the excellent staff who helped me resolve this matter swiftly and without drama. Revising my rating up.
