Customer service is horrible; they can't even type in a correct address, and when you ask to speak to a manager, they claim one isn't available, just nonchalant and rude. I can't get my money returned back to me, and I'm forced to wait untill the next shipment arrives. This is my first bad experience with Best Buy and my last. ✌🏾

I bought a new Samsung cell phone and they transferred all my data and programs from my older phone and set it up on site and it was a good price and a good job with a pleasant staff
They got really good stuff u just got air pods and they we’re fully charged and their works are very nice
