Pulled up, checked in, and they brought the item out quickly.
I had a very disappointing experience. The display clearly showed the PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition priced at $499.99 (I even took a photo), but when I went to the order pickup counter to buy it, I was told it actually costs $649.99. That’s a $150 difference, which is very misleading. Customers should be able to trust the prices displayed in the store. If the price has changed, the display should be updated immediately. This wasted my time and was frustrating. I hope the store fixes its pricing and honors the advertised price for future customers.

I am on a work trip and needed a replacement power supply for my laptop computer right away. I went to Best Buy and quickly found what I needed. I'm back in business!
I bought a Mac book air yesterday and the lady helping us was rude the entire time, didn’t explain options about the computer and didn’t explain shipping options as well. I asked her if we could get it shipped to the store (since I won’t be home Monday) and she told us that they cannot do that. She also never mentioned there had to be a signature upon arrival of the package, which was explained in a email I got a day later. For a purchase as big as this I would expect a more helpful reaction. I’m hoping my computer does not get returned as I will have to find time during my work day to come home to receive it at the correct time the delivery is.
