They used to be better but last couple products I have purchased from them not so great and real hassle to get something replaced if it's faulty. And the last product a 2023 Moto edge phone bought it 1 year ago last week dropped it on my foot in my house and screen is cracked from one side to the other clearly a defect payed $120.00 for warranty and answer was sorry can't replace it. Not a good business model when they don't even offer to refund the $120.00 warranty they refuse to cover.
Super fast, online, pick up, it says within an hour. It took about 815 minutes. It's very satisfied that we'll use this service again
