Haven't been to one in awhile, was trying to buy an item that showed "in stock" but they didn't even have a placeholder for the item, so it wasn't just sold out. That could just have been the website messing up. Other than that, not much has changed, same blue polo shorts with a more "open concept" apple store kind of vibe. They disappointed me but wishing them all the best

The purchase went smoothly. I bought the technical support along with the gaming computer. I got it home and I couldn't get the packing out of the computer. I called for technical support and they couldn't help me for 4 days. At this point I took it back to the store. The staff worked on trying to figure out how to get the packing out also with no success.I did get my refund hassle-free.

Crap company. Called the store to speak with someone in the electronics department and had to fight with the stupid AI system for almost 10min until it finally transferred me to a real human in customer service. But that Human was way over in INDIA so when I asked to be transferred to the store GUESS WHAT?.... They DON'T TAKE CALLS from their own customers!.... I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this Crappy Company again!....
