How do I check product availability at the Cascade Station Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. I only come here about 3 times. And each of The Times when I was trying to find something either no employees were there to help or they were too busy talking amongst themselvesdo you bothered to help. I saw at least 4 employees over by the laptops just laughing and talking out loud. It's very sad that customer service has gone way down hill. I had come in here to look for a particular item. I myself personally will not come back to this location or the one in Janzen Beach.

I have been shopping here for years and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this store, I even have their membership. But since their remodel getting customer service has been absolutely impossible I was just in the store for an hour and in several departments not once did I get asked if I'm finding everything alright. On top of that the main reason I came here was to get help with a tv and they are remodeling their tv department. It is just infuriating to drive an hour away go into a place like this and get zero service not a single person asked if I needed help. I miss this store before the remodel.
