Came in knowing what I needed and respectfully asked for help finding the right option. Apparently, that was offensive. Asked a reasonable question, got a condescending response. Tried to say “thank you,” and was cut off mid-sentence so they could turn away and chat like I didn’t exist. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.

I’ll never come back here again. Up until this point, I had been buying thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them. Very rude manager. Don’t buy anything from them, because if something breaks, they will just say “Have a good day, contact manufacture” Even if the product's one-year warranty has not expired.
