Came in to purchase a new phone. 45 minutes spent with a rep, still no phone and I finally walked out. Didn’t discover until after I purchased a new phone from Apple (5 minutes total) that Best Buy had given ATT the wrong number for the phone and my wife’s phone had been deactivated- about 2 additional hours online with ATT to correct their mistake. Very frustrating with the lack of professionalism I experienced at Best Buy.

I found the printer I needed on my own and went to check on the laptops. I wish I got the name of the guy "helping" me. I'm 5'2" and female and was treated like it. He assumed several times that I was a student until I corrected him and told him I'm 30 (even after I said it wasn't for school), he pushed more expensive models that I didn't need, he wasn't expecting me to know what a graphics card was when I had to tell him I didn't need it, he tried to push AI on me even after I told him I'm an artist and against using it, he tried to downplay shame me for not having a separate monitor if I'm using my laptop on my desk, when it was obvious he was trying to add to his commission. I specifically didn't buy the laptop (also that I found myself without his help) because I didn't want to give him any credit for the sale. I don't appreciate being talked down to and the sexist treatment.

Greeter at the door offers help but can't leave their post; floor manager doesn't know the product lines, walks way ahead of me trying to get anyone on the phone to help me, just to finally end in the "spot" for my ask and there is two blank cardboard "need to reorder" placecards for the entire section. Bruh. Why did you even bother to lead me here for this bull??! Totally predictable "help" at its best. Good luck!!
I had a dash cam installed today at this location. The crew was quite helpful and friendly. They showed me my options, they were punctual at the time of the installation. They explained the process. Matt, the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all questions clearly.
