Absolutely horrible today. I preordered the Prismatic Binder collection on January 16 and the day came on January 17 and they don't have it. They left my order ignored until today I decided to cancel because I guess they don't care. for 1 month they just ignore my order and for one month this item didn't come back in stock?? I secured a Preorder

Soana, the geek squad agent, was an angel and excellent help. She went above and beyond to help me out with my laptops' charging issue and even went the extra mile and cleaned the dust and debris out of it when she was checking the ports and battery specs. Thank you for your help🙏🏻✨️
