Not enough people on the floor to help locate specialty items if you’re walking into locate something particular. Went in looking for a Fitbit, wandered around maybe 10 minutes before I was able to find. Mildly annoying, but if you need something they have on hand, very useful. If you’re planning ahead, probably better off buying online.
