Keeping it simple. Wasted 45 min on something they did not note it was out of stock. Cost the store close to 3k worth of extra item if the had it in stock. On top of the $1500 item to begin with.
3 strikes I’m done. Incompetence , everywhere over the phone, and in store. The young men who helped me were nice, but let me get started with this review, first of all, we purchased some washer and dryer units from this specific store, we had the guys come out to put the dryer unit and the washer unit in the garage to install, we found out the dryer was having issues, so instead of them coming back with a sense of urgency they came back a week later, they didnt even bother talking to me about what was going on, brushed my fiancé off when she asked questions on what was going on, so the fact these delivery dudes decided to treat MY woman with disrespect in the first place was a big ol’ red flag. Then, I called about the issue with the delivery people and expressed my concerns, and apparently they thought I said my fiance was pushed by the workers, which wasn’t true, so they didn’t even listen to me on the phone, and almost turned it into a freaking civil case that never happened, I had to send them a freaking email saying no that never happened so that was wild, Secondly, let’s talk about the customer service I received over the phone when I made a purchase on the Best Buy website, the Xbox controller I picked said pick up in an hour, when I checked the email it said to be picked up on the 11 of June, so I called them, and they said no problem, they will exchange for you, ok great problem solved right? Negative, I get to the store and the gentleman told me sorry we can’t exchange it for you, we have to cancel the order then you have to do a new one, ok, fine, so what about exchanging the order for the same price controller? Nope, cancel the order to get another controller for the same price even though it’s the same controller, just different color. The two young men were very polite, but my issue is more with the customer service I’m receiving over the phone, and the delivery drivers it was horrendous because no one was actually using reflective listening that’s bad. I did purchase a tv from here and they were very polite, but now I’ve dealt with 3 headaches now with 2 different issues. It’s a massive headache, I may look like a male Karen, thats fine, but this is why I leave reviews, clearly there is no clear communication with customer service over the phone and within this store. So I’m gonna have to say, pass on Best Buy, don’t bother. That sucks because the young dudes in the store were nice, but the issue is internal. One time issue is one thing, but 3 issues within 2 weeks with the same store? That’s a pattern that’s why I’m leaving this review. It’s annoying and a big headache. I’m gonna have to take my business elsewhere now.
Solid selection, with tons of in stock items I can't find at other locations. Staff was very helpful as well.

I brought my laptop in to get looked at and worked on. I was quoted a couple of hours, but now it has turned into multiple days. I am very disappointed because they were supposed to contact me with an update and i wouldve been fine but no update and checked my repair on the app and last update has been two days ago. customer service on the phone has been helpful but i do not think i could recommend this best buy.
