Very frustrating experience. Bought a 55" Sony TV that was advertised in excellent condition. Picked it up, after driving 1 hour home, I discovered it was not in excellent condition. Despite Best Buys Policy description of Open Box merchandise: The box was not original, as a result was packed carelessly. The Legs were missing, (cheap plastic legs were added in that didn't even fit the TV). Scuffs on the screen The manual was not included. Upon further inspection a sticker identifying the TV as a Fair condition product as applied to the product. Why did I paid $200 more then the fair price for an excellent condition TV? The morning after discovery I called the store, spent 7 minutes on hold and then another 12 minutes explaining the issues asking to speak to the store. I was told there was no way to talk to anyone at the store. All until he transferred me to a Voicemail line to leave my name and number for a call back.

Another company that favors dishonest customers and encourages poor behavior over honest repeat customers, and hiring mediocre employee. We just wanted to return an unopened item, a few days outside of the return window. Cashier Hallie- refused to make an exception and maintained a rude/better than thou art, attitude thru the whole interaction. Found out later, that they will happily return stolen items if you make up a reason as to why you don’t a receipt and make scene. Best Buy lost a loyal customer of 15+ years. BUH-BYE

This was the third Best Buy I went to to try and fix a stock/manufacturing issue from a purchase from a previous location. Skyler and Trevor were both immensely helpful; listening to my issue after other workers from other locations shrugged me off. They calmly configured the situation and helped me figure out the solution which was way easier than we thought. I will only shop at this location from here on out. Thank you guys for your outstanding assistance and patience!

Blue shirts seem a lot more knowledgeable then most stores when I worked at this company. Seems a lot cleaner now a days as well.
