On 06/10/26 around 4:30 PM the staff on shift were amazing! Especially a man on shift by the name of Adam, I will be back just because of how he handled the situation and was super friendly and very respectful. Then tho I was in the wrong, and I saw that after he helped me out. Again big shout out to Adam and staff on shift.

Its BestBuy they have tonz of electronics anything you could possibly want. I went in to buy earbuds I looked around selection witch they have a large selection of but thought id ask for some open box items maybe save some money. The ypung lady at the counter was extremely help full she went to the back grabbed multiples of the different brands I was interested in and she took the time to open the boxes and look up items to find prices and specific colors she wasnt in a hurry or irritated just very helpful and interested in helping . I purchased the earbuds I wanted and got a great price due to buying open box. Buying anything from here is very easy and quick this was just one experience that I had recently.
