I had an excellent experience at the Best Buy in Westbury thanks to Craig in the TV/Home Theater department. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Craig took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different options, and make sure I found exactly what I needed without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Because of Craig, I’ll definitely be returning to this Best Buy and recommending it to others. If you’re shopping here, ask for Craig—you won’t be disappointed!

Had a fantastic experience purchasing a Fridge, Microwave and dishwasher. Justin Ting in appliances was very knowledgeable on the various products, price points and features of each item. He was friendly, professional and courteous. If you're in the Westbury BestBuy ask for him if you are shopping appliances. The store location has much more products and brands than other BestBuy stores.
