Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

This store is garbage and crappy. Please make sure you read everything before you purchase it. We purchased a water filter to have on hand when ours ran out. I just purchased a refrigerator that cost over $2800. They gave us the wrong filter. When we tried to return it they said we couldn't return or exchange. That's messed up providing I purchased the refrigerator from them and they gave me the wrong filter. Now I'm out of $55 and stuck with a filter I can not use. I don't have money to waste. This is ridiculous and ludicrous. I will NOT purchase anything again from this store. On top of that this high Samsung refrigerator went out on us after just 5 months having the refrigerator. Major parts went out and we are in the process of waiting for the parts to come in to get repaired. Do research before buying the bespoke Samsung with AI screen refrigerator and do research and read receipts when purchasing from Best Buy.
