Went to Best Buy today after first going to Walmart (horrible experience) and the service was amazing. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the rep that assisted me, but he was great. Helped me find a TV in my size range and budget and explained extended coverage options. The price of the TV i purchased was fantastic and they met me curbside with the TV and assisted getting it into my pickup truck, I can’t say enough good things, we’re very happy.

Don’t ever try to call them or to return a call they made to you. You get routed to a central call bank that can’t help. It is an incredibly frustrating experience. Update: while it is still impossible to call the store directly , the call center reached out to the store & had them contact me. They still should make it possible to contact the store directly. I don’t recall having this issue with other stores. However, I am going from 1 to 2 stars bc the store called me.

One exceptionally kind and helpful person helped me a lot. But the two other goals I had for the store could not be accomplished. I waited in the large Appliance section for 20 minutes, to actually give them some information that would have helped them. But no one was going to be able to listen to me anytime soon, so I gave up. I also wanted help in the computer section and was not going to get any for a while. I decided to leave and handle those online. Ultimately, they lost two sales.
