Nice experience going there, but that's it. Sales rep told us we would get our products delievered on a schedule day with the Geek Squad calling us the night before to give us our window. Geek Squad shows ups to my house with no notification and no one was home Now I am on the phone waiting on the phone for 15 minutes for someone to talk to. Just be professional, it's not that hard.

Just the absolute worst. I've never encountered such useless salespeople and customer service. All I wanted to do was buy a laptop that I had already picked out online, and was told they had in-stock. Should have taken 15 minutes TOPS. 1 hour, 5 salespeople and 2 managers later ... Still no laptop...
Save yourself the trouble and go to Microcenter instead
If you're an Elder like me, you would love Deanna. She made me feel smart. She showed me how simple my problem was to resolve and made me feel worthy and entitled to the information that she imparted. Thank you, Deanna. I'm forever grateful.
