Awful place.
I ordered microwave. I saw it is on site that’s why I went there. They say it is not in store but it will come by fedex and delivered by tomorrow. I said ok. What I found next day was Microwave won’t come to my house more than a week (coming from CA) and it is not even picked up by FedEx per FedEx website.
I called them and I tried to cancel because Amazon has same price and will be delivered by tomorrow. They say it is in store in California and waiting for FedEx to pick (meaning in store in CA) but did not even allow me cancel. I asked them since it is in Best Buy store still, can I just cancel it. Their answer is no.
Now I have to pick up from FedEx and delivered to the store to cancel it … I don’t know what I am doing or I don’t think they even deliver my microwave.
They clearly lost trust. Did not keep promise.
I will never ever get anything from Best Buy it is just scam. Used to be good place to buy something.
Please next time, tell your customers that it can delay up to 3 weeks. I got note saying it will arrive in 3 weeks
