Terrible terrible place to shop I'm a steady customer in Best Buy, every single Best Buy store other than West Nyack is pleasure to step foot in, highly professional and willing to help. The Best Buy in West Nyack has the worst customer service ever, I've given this place way too many chances. There are not enough sales associates, there are more managers than helpers if you dear ask for help they'll make you wait even longer. I can hang around in the store 15-20 30-45 minutes sometimes with no one looking at my side. Recently I picked up an open box TV screen. I was told that everything is in the box. When I came to my place I saw that the power cable was missing. I went back with the receipt but they told me they can't help me. I have to buy out of pocket a power cable. I asked for a manager they let me wait 45 minutes and then a manager came with a nasty attitude and told me you can't help me. I have to pay or I can leave. I didn't get to call up customer service at that time so they got away. Today again I walked into the store for a quick thing. No one was able to help me. The person that asked for help gave me attitude and then I saw him walking out of the store to nowhere. I spent 15-20 minutes ana I left the place. I rarely post negative reviews, but this place needs a full investigation by the Best Buy corporate team. Enough is enough

BEST BUY - SHAME ON YOU!!! Buyers beware - you get zero support as a regular customer, and nonphone number to call the store directly. All calls get rerouted to a call center. I went in today ready to buy a phone, there was no one to help, the store was practically empty. I asked 3 times in a 15 minute time frame for help. Two associates were just walking around and did not acknowledge me. One associate finished with a customer, and walked right passed me without a word. Finally someone walked over and said, do you need help - I found them to be rude, borhered, and lack of care. I walked out, and tried to call to share my experience with the manager - to learn all calls go to the call center and the call center will not assist in store complaints. NOW - WATCH THEM RESPOND TO THIS POST AND THEY WILL GENERICALLY SAY "GO TO OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE AND WRITE US". BEST BUY WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS - THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I learned that*** SAMSUNG DIRECT HAD A BETTER DEAL GOING ANYWAY ** do your homework before supporting a low class, unfriendly, NON reachable company!
