The most unprofessional and rude employees. I went in trying to exchange Christmas present for a different color. The item was the same make model and everything. They did not allow the exchange and tried to charge me $100 and I simply wanted to change the color but they instead pressured me to sign up for all their bs memberships/credit card and literally wasted my precious time. I do not recommend anyone come here and save yourself your valuable time

Getting our new television delivered has become a frustrating, time-consuming nightmare. It was supposed to be delivered two days after purchase, but was sent to the wrong address. We rescheduled for the supposedly next available date, which was more than two weeks later. We re-arranged our schedules and waited for the delivery. It never came. We did not receive any communication from Best Buy or the delivery service people. We are now trying to reschedule the delivery yet again and there is no one to talk to. The website says we need to reschedule and then does not give any indication how to do so. So we have to pore over the website for information which is nearly impossible to find. We get connected to bots which are useless. Our order appears on our account on the web page but the bots say there is no order. The website itself lacks clear information about who to contact other than the bots which cannot help. Finally we found a number on the website to call if we need to reschedule. We called and got a bot telling us to reschedule on the webpage. We insisted on speaking to a human being. The bot put us on hold listening to an hour of annoying MUZAK waiting for someone to pick up and help us. Finally someone with a thick accent we could barely understand picked up and told us that she would transfer us to a different department. The call was then disconnected. So we are starting all over again, hours wasted. The customer service is terrible and impersonal. Frankly, our experience buying an appliance from Amazon was much better than this. Next time we make a major home or electronics purchase, it will be from Amazon or PC Richards or another better run company with actual customer service.
