Cedric provided a very pleasant shopping and checkout experience. Not often you run into that level of friendliness and professionalism in today’s age. Excellent service.

I usually enjoy shopping at Best Buy, but this particular location was a big disappointment. The employees seemed rude not only to customers but also to each other. At one point, two employees were having a heated argument while a long line of customers was waiting to check out.
Several people in line ended up putting their items back on nearby shelves and leaving the store. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s hard to imagine how much business the store might be losing because of situations like that.
