Some employees are nice, but many feel that they are entitled to not acknowledge the customer and then follow up by being rude.

I purchased 2 ps5 controller on December 27 2024 the controller started having issues where the controller started drifting so I went back if I could get exchange or return the product due to defective product. They told me I couldn't because it's over 14 days that I can't return or exchange. They told me to call Sony for the refund or exchange , they even provided me a information true Sony. When I call Sony they told me if I purchased the product from Sony website they will send me a return label and send me a new one. But since I purchased from the 3rd party (best buy/Amazon or etc) I have to go back there to do so, and I called back to best buy they didn't honor or won't help me because it's over 14days policy lol... they sold me a defective product and won't help... bad business here don't recommend and won't coming back I have been best buy customer for years even have the cc from it... will stop doing business here
