I had such an amazing experience today and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize a sales associate named Kam who helped me. She truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the support she gave me. I came in looking for a laptop that would help me as I work toward earning my Master’s degree in Special Education. This is a really important step in my life, and Kam took the time to make sure I found the perfect laptop for my needs. She didn’t just show me a few options and send me on my way — she genuinely listened to what I needed, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure the laptop I chose would support me throughout my program. Kam was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about all the different products. Every single question I asked, she had an answer for. It was clear she truly understands the technology she works with, and she explained everything in such a clear and helpful way. Because of her knowledge and patience, I felt completely confident in my decision. What really stood out to me was how she walked me through the entire process from start to finish. She covered every detail and made sure nothing was missed. She hit everything right on the head and made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel easy and comfortable. I never felt rushed — she took the time to make sure I understood everything and that I felt good about my choice. Even after checkout, Kam continued to go above and beyond. She personally walked me over to Geek Squad to help me get additional assistance with the next steps after my purchase. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t see every day, and it meant so much to me. Kam was truly so helpful, supportive, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. Because of her, I left feeling excited and confident about the laptop I chose and about the journey ahead of me as I pursue my Master’s degree. Thank you so much, Kam, for your incredible help today.
