the sales person didn't seem interested to give information. when we went to buy a TV. he didn't even want to talk . its ok. I want somewhere else .got a TV
I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. After weeks of going back and forth with Best Buy and their incompetent delivery company, I finally gave up on the fridge I originally purchased and settled for a lesser model just to get something.
We waited ANOTHER week for delivery—only for them to pull the same garbage again: cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. That’s now FOUR Saturdays in a row they’ve scheduled and then canceled at the last minute.
I’ve been over a month without a working fridge, my blood pressure is through the roof, my patience is gone, and apparently I can’t even get my money back—so I’m stuck with Best Buy.
This is beyond unacceptable, and I’m seriously considering legal action. Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have zero respect for customers’ time, money, or sanity.
Everything was sorted without a hitch. I’ll be recommending this place to friends.
Very nice store with a very helpful staff. Had a switch 2 pickup and went super smooth. Def recommend shopping at the store !
