Using an online stock checker, as well as calling Best Buy support, I was made aware that this store had a specific product. Upon driving 25 minutes to this location, the employee behind to desk told me there wasn’t any of this product. She didn’t check at all. Stood behind the desk and just said no. I showed her the stock online. She stated it may be a pick up order but this product is unavailable for pick up and only able to be purchased in stores. I then called Best Buy support again who confirmed again that there should be one in stock remaining at the store. Not sure what happening here… but total waste of time.
