I went in there to buy a new phone I was told the only phone that they had for AT&T was one for $139.00 then we had to buy a membership for $49.00 so my information could be transferred for free. Nothing was free. As I tried to speak to the salesman, as he could not transfer correctly, I was told to shush yes shush, he did not do correctly I had to come back into the store and have him do it again I will not be buying anything from Best Buy ever again.
The delivery guys Hector and Sebastian were awesome. They were courteous and very respectful of my property.
Don’t apply for Best Buy Citibank credit card. They trying to make you pay late fees. To get more. Money from you. They keep giving me issues on setting up auto pay. Which they said it’s processed. Then next bill date comes. Find out there’s no payment. Then play stupid. Like you supposed to call in for that. But you don’t need to call to make payment if told it’s on auto pay. Then talk to a supervisor. Very nasty and arrogant. Talking nasty and aggressive. Saying if I wanted auto pay. They didn’t tell me that. Instead of checking phone conversations. He’s being nasty and assuming. Tried to ask for corporate number to this credit card. They don’t have. So they giving out credit cards and trying to ruin your credit and more money from you. Buy setting you up. To miss payments. To pay late fees.
