At this location i purchased several items on 11/16/22 totaling nearly $11k because I just purchased a home in the area. I took protection plan as well. Fast forward 12/24 my tv stop working. Calling Bestbuy/geek squad are is like going to the dmv. They can care less. First had a appointment for them to come to my house to diagnose my tv which they got wrong twice. But I had to pay for a wrong diagnoses. After several chats on line and many phone calls I was basically told to kick rocks.

I’m disabled, but I asked my partner out to pick up a PS5 controller for me since I’m stuck on the couch for the next couple months. Did online pickup, brand new silver colorway, paid $80+ dollars for it. What do they give her when she gets there? A beaten up, CHEWED controller with a broken speaker in the wrong colored box. If I was there I would have noticed the tear in it and made a scene. You can even see where there once was an inventory tag on the back marking this item as used, they just peeled it off and tried to fleece me. Unacceptable, even if they do take it back and refund me it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. It’s a massive inconvenience for me to go ANYWHERE. I’m deleting my Best Buy account after this and switching to Amazon or Target exclusively. Don’t play games.
