The manager is rude and dismissive. I have spent thousands at Best Buy, but I will never shop at a Best Buy again after my experience today. I purchased an open box TV because the salesman assured me they test them. I get home I set up the TV and there is no power cord. How did you test it? I just moved so I’m now a half hour from this location. I went to the Best Buy in Patchogue and they gave me a cord no problem. At that point, I was a bit annoyed about the cord, but appreciated that they rectified the problem when I came in.
Once I started the TV it would crash (completely shut off and restart) every time I clicked on an app. There is no way anyone tested this TV. It’s unusable. So I have to take the TV legs off, repack it, and bring it back. I get to the store with the TV and they wouldn’t take it back because in my rush packing it I forgot the remote. Mind you they gave me this TV without the power cord and it doesn’t even work, but made me drive all the way back to get the remote and return it. Between putting the TV up, going to another store for the power cord and then running back and forth to get the remote I wasted 3 hours of my day when I’m busy with a move. The manager was rude when I asked for a discount on the next TV I purchase to compensate for all the time wasted on the defective product. I will purchase from Amazon next time and skip all the travel. This is why brick and mortar stores are failing they don’t care about their customers and it shows.

1 TB micro SD card from Sandisk.com is $107. Best Buy is selling this same exact item for $179 and states they WILL NOT price match the manufacturer
