Went in to maybe buy a laptop...
I expected to be approached by multiple employees asking if I need help, as they've done in the past. This is no longer the case.
I hung out for a bit, perusing, waiting for an employee to walk by. When I noticed one had finished with another customer I approached them and asked for help. They responded by asking if I'm "in the que." I had no idea what he meant so he said I have to use my phone and scan a code and get in line. He vague pointed off in the distance, I have no idea where this scannable code was. He then walked away. The store was not that busy, at least in the computer section I was the only one.
I understand why a system like this would exist; it keeps customers from feeling afronted by employees and it could keep things efficiant IF it was busy. But it wasn't busy, so I've gotta get in E-line for something like this? I'm in my mid 30s and I found this experience confusing and annoying, can you imagine how an elderly person would feel?
Watching BB backslide for awhile now. With the disappearence of physical movies there, this experience cemented for me that I will never return. Awful company that has forgotten how to give a shit about its customers.
Best service in town very helpful
I had to return a Samsung soundbar and subwoofer due to their bei lng a defect. The young lady at the customer service counter was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I didn't catch her name but she had lighter hair, ponytail and glasses. We went on Saturday around 530ish. She made us feel like we were bothering her. I understand your company has policies, but help your customers understand, not make them feel like it's asking a lot to explain it. I would have left 1 star if it wasn't for Mansur in the audio department. He was wonderful! He was very welcoming, he helped educate us on what was best for us as well as got us signed up for the membership so we can save money. He made the experience so much better than when we first came in. He was very polite and knowledgable. We really appreciated how he went out of his way for. I hope he gets acknowledged for this more than just a "good job"! He is an asset to the company. Thank you Mansur!!!!!
Bought phone screen protectors. They have a wide variety of choices and at a cost similar to online costs.
