So was here near computers for 45 minutes waiting on someone to help me.
Mansur saw me waiting here for help, he was helping some guy about a computer. So waited 45 minutes and I was thinking it was my turn since I was there 45minutes! We’ll surprise he took someone else!!!! So 45minutes until Hailey finished with her customer and came and helped me Out so I had to return the items. So I returned my items and I purchased a Nintendo card I told the cashier I am returning these two items an Apple Pencil and a cord that didn’t work. So he took the Nintendo card AFTER I said I was purchasing it! He said I can’t because it’s not on the recipet I said no I told you I’m purchasing this! He said um oh well next time try and I’m commute! Little punk with a brown jacket. This store needs to get NICE PPL WHO HAVE NO ATTITUDES!!! Theses two are USELESS!!!! They can care less about wasting ppls time!!! Go to the galleria mall one take the trip out there and be greeted with NICE PEOPLE! with people who actually cares for their customers.! In that 45 minutes 3 different ppl came behind the counter!!!!
I will do my bestbuy shopping ONLIN!!!! Or go else where!!!! Bring back radio shack!

WARNING : Beware of Best Buy's Financing Options
I recently purchased a laptop from the Best Buy Amherst location, opting for a 24-month monthly payment financing plan. However, my first statement shockingly demanded payment in full.
When I reached out to customer care online, I was disappointed with the lack of assistance from agent Somi, who seemed uninformed and abruptly ended our chat.
Since then, I've been frustratedly trying to resolve this issue, but the runaround continues. It's alarming that there's no dedicated person to address and resolve customer concerns.
I strongly advise caution when considering Best Buy's financing and Credit Card options. The hassle and poor customer service I've experienced have been truly horrible.
