Great prices and selections
A majority of the noise canceling headphones on display are non functional. This makes it difficult to make a determination. I found a label for Bose headphones marked open box, but there was no product there. I located an employee who said, Those marked-down items are behind the service desk. I went to the service desk and asked the guy if I could see the Bose open-box. He slid open a wall, and started grabbing random items off the shelf and holding them up. I told him B-O-S-E. He continued, and then I realized he had little comprehension of English. I left the store and ordered them directly from Bose. I'm all for giving people an opportunity, but someone who doesn't comprehend English should not be working in a customer service capacity. I'll treat Bestbuy for what it is, a showroom to try out products before you purchase them elsewhere.
