I am recovering from cancer and needed to return an item, 30 days outside of the return window. Online agents assured me that going in person would help. Instead the manager accused my husband of lying, about cancer. I have tried calling the store 4 times and have talked to agents about this. Still no resolution. Someone from social media responded, but I'm sure they don't have the power to change their customer service. I just spoke to another former manager who confirmed that this type of treatment is allowed at all stores, and that corporate will not take care of the customer.
