Staff was nice and helpful
Terrible experience dealing with Best Buy. I bought a tv on July 23rd and the tv was in stock. I bought the tv setup and mounting package for 249.99 I told them I have a cedar wall so they said that they would charge me an additional 129.99 for special tv mounting crazy price but I went for it. I wanted to take the tv with me they said they like to bring the tv with them when they show up to mount it. They told me they would be at my house on August 12th. The night before that they canceled. So I call them they said sorry let me look into it. So then they tell they will show up and gave me a special reference #361505911. Get it 911 like an emergency to show up. I call them that morning and they tell me nobody is coming out and reschedule on august 21 two people show up but can’t mount the tv they said they will send out a more experienced person the next time so another reschedule is made on August 29th and will be here between 10:00-2:00 well it’s two pm and check tracking looks like there running late we’ll kept checking tracking and keeps saying there coming but nobody ever showed up. No call or message. Now they say there coming out on September 5th. I believe it when I see it. Also to mention the room were the tv is supposed to be mounted is a mess because you need to move everything out of there way to mount the tv. So it will be at least 6 weeks and no tv yet. I was planning on buying two more additional new tvs from them but after this awful awful experience not.
My husband and I were 1000% impressed with the fantastic, knowledgeable customer service that we received from consultant Zahne Townsend. My husband and I arrived to Best Buy just about closing and we were able to effectively purchase in a short matter of time a Electric Range with Flex Duo oven and an Over the Range Microwave with installation included. Zahne was patient, well informed about all of the appliances purchased and he was glad to assist us and answered all of our questions with out feeling rushed or pressured. We walked out of Best Buy supper Happy with the excellent customer service that we experienced, that we will be returning to purchase more products from this Best Buy. Service with a smile!😃
