Don’t purchase any major appliances from Bestbuy . They schedule you at certain time then change it the they of… I’m waiting for a stove going on 3 weeks now , and they just don’t care costumer service won’t do anything for you , so just go else where

Waited at the counter for a few minutes before I gave up and left. Horrible customer service. Manager came over just to look at me but not to help and kept calling for someone to man the register instead of just ringing my 1 item.

Was told a product would be available. And they did not get the product although I was told there would be plenty. Definitely a bummer experience trying to get something new and being told I would be able to and didn't.

They are totally incompetent and don’t seem to care at all. I had a car audio install appointment. 2 items had to be installed. The guy who took the order apparently put down only one of the items when he made the install appointment. When I got there today they told me that they “don’t have time” to install the second item and I would have to come back. I expressed my disappointment, but they acted like they didn’t care at all or try to offer a reasonable solution. I am done with BB for good! It’s Amazon all day long from now on! It’s laughable how these places wonder why people dont go to brick and mortar stores anymore and shop online instead. This is a reason why! EDIT- And now there is even more to this sad story. After about an hour waiting for the first item to be installed, (a pair of speakers in the dash), the installer called and said he couldn’t do that either. “I don’t have the right tool, and ya know the whole dash has to come apart.” Really?? So I make an appointment with a stereo installer, they know the make model of the car I am bringing in, and only AFTER I show up they realize it’s a bigger job than they planned?? Why didn’t anyone double check and let me know it was a bigger job? It’s no mystery how to install speakers in a common Jeep Wrangler. Even I knew the dash has to be partially disassembled. What’s worse is along with this, no one seemed to care about wasting my time. The store manager was extremely unpleasant to deal with. No people skills at all and no remorse for all the time I wasted with this debacle.
