I had a very frustrating issue with an online order. It was apparently shipped through DoorDash, who lost the package, but wouldn't let me cancel it. The manager, Connor, was very understanding, and helped me resolve the issue. Great customer service in the store, though I won't be ordering anything online again.

I actually was scared to bring my iPhone 15 pro to a Best Buy for a battery replacement after seeing and reading horror stories of these particular phones battery swap. They did an amazing job! Took about 1.5 hours, and phone has a lot better battery life.
