Over the past 12 months I have had to deal with Best Buy on three separate purchases and repairs.
All three experiences were well below expectations, the online order pick up was horrible. I ended up having to cancel the order. The repair department was no help, had me bring my item in and then told me it was not repairable. .
You are not allowed to talk to a manager on the phone ever under any circumstance . You have to talk to someone in another country and if you ask for a manager too many times, they hang up the phone after they tell you it’s not possible.
I am so happy I have decided to stop buying local and shop on Amazon so I can get the service. I deserve. Here is the latest order number. You allowed me to walk out on because you wouldn’t go pull the item off a shelf. Order number: BBY01-807080173164. I hope Best Buy is boarded up by the end of next year.

Nice and the employees are very nice.
This place has gone down big time. May as well do everything online yourself for the amount of help that you get from the floor staff.
