The best customer service ever!
All the times I have gone to Best Buy store, there is nobody on the floor to help. When I finally found someone to assist, she did not know the product at all and did not bother to find someone who did. She went back to talking to another employer. I also bought a washing machine there and I was very disappointed with how everything was handled. They refused to haul away the washer and dryer. The old ones are still sitting in the kitchen. They said they listened to the conversation, and that haul away was not agreed to, and this was not correct. The person I had spoken to had agreed to include haul away in the price. I recorded the conversation, therefore I knew for a fact they had agreed to include the haul way. I emailed the CEO, and they never bother to answer or review the recording a second time to confirm that haul away was included in the price. They basically ignore the fact that I told them I had the recording to listen to it again.
They need to work on customer service at this location, its horrible
