The 2 guys at customer service were truly unprofessional. I came to trade in a big touchscreen laptop that works well and doesn't have any scratches. Then one employee marked it as "poor condition". His coworker says "I would have marked it as good condition." The the first guy explained that the manager checks laptop condition and he doesn't want to put his neck on the line. They decided to round down and mark my laptop was "fair condition". The unprofessional employees talking about not wanting to take any chances with their jobs, right in front of me. They said my working lenovo touchscreen laptop is only worth $50. A shameless lowball offer. The employee also accidentally typed in wrong info about my laptop, and the other guy corrected him. They are not competent staff and I wouldn't trust them with my technology. I used to like Best Buy, but after this interaction, I may never return to the store. They ruined my day.
