I had an exceptional experience at the Citrus Park location. After encountering a technical issue online that caused me to miss a laptop promotion, I visited the store the following morning to express my concerns.
Garrett went above and beyond. Rather than trying to upsell me, he took the time to understand the specific needs of my business and recommended a laptop that was far better suited—and cost several hundred dollars less than the model I originally planned to buy. His integrity, product knowledge, and genuine customer-first approach were truly impressive.
Garrett also escalated the website issue to a manager named Michael, who listened attentively and assured me it would be reviewed at the executive level.
When I mentioned leaving a positive review, Michael humbly responded, “The credit should go solely to Garrett. He’s the one who really deserves it.” That level of humility and teamwork is rare.
