I stopped to see if they had Kindle products and ink for my brother printer. After waiting twenty minutes for service, I was informed that the product was not in stock.
I was told that they were extremely understaffed.
I would try every other supplier first.

The floor staff is incredibly friendly and patient. You simply will not find a better deal on appliances than their open box specials. For a basic retail store it does a great job.
The only issue is their more specialized services. The Geek Squad is a mixed bag at best. I left comprehensive instructions for an SSD and they botched the job from top to bottom. Calling this store sees you routed their an offshore call center which is a chore to work around. They did give me a full refund on the botched job so all it cost me was time, gas, and a little frustration.
In short, great for appliances and the occasional tech component, but don't bother with Geek Squad. Computer Essentials is just down the street.
