Ben at the Verizon center in this store is amazing! He went above and beyond to help my husband and I upgrade our phones and plans. He also transferred all our data over from our old phones for no charge. We highly recommend Ben!

I’ve been a loyal customer using the ZAGG lifetime warranty through Best Buy for years. Part of what made it great was being able to walk in, get a new screen protector, and have it installed—no extra charge. Now, suddenly, there’s a $7.99 installation fee, and I was never notified of this change—even as a paying TotalTech member. This review isn’t about the specific store, but the company as a whole. It’s frustrating to see a longtime benefit quietly taken away. Ironically, I could keep breaking the protectors and cost Best Buy more in replacements, but instead, I’m penalized for choosing to use the service responsibly. Disappointing move.
