I specifically asked the sales ascociate if the installers for the new fridge would cap the water line and they said yes. The installers came and said they were unable to do that and best buy support number gave me the option to turn off my main water line myself and disconnected the broken fridge so I did, but the installers left with my new fridge while I was disconnecting the broken one.

Waited in line for Pokemon cards for my son at 4am. My brother and I were 4th and 5th in line. Everyone was very nice and respectful in line until a half hour before they opened a young lady came and sat first in line with the the young guys in front of us. All 70 people behind them waiting patiently saw this. When the store opened we told the employees and they told us there just Pokemon cards and said we don’t have to sell anyone anything if we are going to cause a problem. Instead of telling the girl who cut the line to go to the back of the line they made us leave for causing a problem! Cancelled all my memberships and will never go back to this store again. Kid working the counter was on a power trip.
