Went in to get my front camera fixed, phone was in Mint condition. I got it back it had a DEEP scratch and when I pointed it out the guy went to get the manager (Natasha) and she was rude for no reason, at first tried to say they didn’t, then said she’d just replace it on them. Took 3 separate appointments for what should’ve been just a front camera replacement.
Came in here to get an Apple Pencil. I got help as soon as I got to the apple product section, and the person that helped me was super nice.
I have to say that the experience I had with Ben was wonderful, he was very thorough, communicative, and answered all of my questions I had about photography/the best camera to get with my needs. Even though I wasn’t buying it today he made me feel like it was right for me. Also, have to mention the other guy, very friendly, gave me visuals and understandings, Thank you! Much better than watching videos, or TikTok 😅 If you go in person, see these two!
