I needed to buy a new printer for the office. Since I'm not tech-savvy and I wasn't finding the answers I needed online, I decided to go to Best Buy so someone could help me. Ryan helped me, and he was very patient. He answered all of my questions so I could find the printer that was best for the job. Thank you!
I worked with the agent at Best Buy to obtain new phones through Verizon. He said everything was handled and should be an easy process. I have had NOTHING but issues. I have had to go back to the Verizon store several times and call Verizon several times. This has been a waste of time and I would not recommend this store to anyone for a Verizon upgrade. They clearly don’t know what they are doing and have only made my life significantly harder.

Greet immediately walking thru door and sell person was great
Stopped in for a computer part. Wasn't really bothered by employees as we walked around. Did ask an employee a question about a computer component. They were able to give a decent answer in a polite and professional manner. The store was decently cleaned but there looked like shelves were bare in certain areas but it's not normal to see as computer and electronic components are getting hard to come by.
