The salesman didn’t seem interested in working with me. They kept trying to push me towards a more expensive brand, which I guess is their job. However, every time I visit this particular store, it feels like there’s a subtle form of racism towards the brown community. I suppose it’s more acceptable in this era, but I’m not going to stand for it. I’ll cancel my card and avoid Best Buy stores altogether.

went to buy an open box item and when I went to pay, they would not honor the price listed. Spoke to the manager he was really rude and refused to help after admitting that this was completely his fault and there was no excuse. I do agree with him on one thing there was no excuse for his behavior or for not honoring the price. I will not be shopping here ever again after how my father and I were treated

want to buy an open box TV the TV was priced at $204. When the gentleman helping us took it to the register, he said it was $234 and they would not honor the price listed. When I spoke to the manager, he was very rude, gave an attitude and said he could not help me. When I said he could help me, but was refusing to, he said I have an attitude and he will not help me (as if he was helping me to begin with). don’t waste your time go to PC Richards.
