This review is strictly based on the service DEREK in the tech department provided, young guy with curly hair and sleek glasses. Honestly an absolute stud, so knowledge, so kind, answered all the questions I had when purchasing a new monitor. He took care of another customer that arrived before I did and once he was done, quickly ran over to help me with everything that I needed, guiding me in the right direction with his expertise. Will be visiting the store again for all my electronics because of Derek. Thank you Derek

I came in and told them that I wanted to purchase a samsung galaxy tablet that can use cellular that can use to make calls and that I wanted it to send to another country and they sold me the tablet and I sent it with my Grandson to Jamaica only to find out that the tablet doesn't uses a SIM card so it's unable to make calls,so I called the store and told them what happened and they told me to get it back from Jamaica and return it and I did Just that,only for them to say that they can't take it back when they sold me the wrong product,they didn't take it back because I didn't have the box and I bout laptop from them that weren't into a box,which they called open box so whats the difference now,the manager was so rude the way he spoke to me. Now I'm stucked with a$184 tablet that I don't need. Very unfair but trust me they will lost more than that $184.i will not recommend anyone to this place very poor customer service.

I place my order online ( SAMSUNG 870 EVO 4TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-77E4T0B/AM) , Black) and you guys had it ready in 2 minutes . It was incredibly fast. They even matched price, and it took just one minute to sort it out. Really quick response and genuine service.
