I had ordered an open box tv. After I received a confirmation saying my order is ready, I reach there only to find myself waiting for one and a half hours to get my order. They literally pulled down the tv in front of my eyes from the display. They didn't even clean the tv full of dust. Just bubble wrapped it and gave it. I had to buy a remote separate because apparently remote is a non essential accessory and may not be available with an open box tv. The person John (tv specialist) wasn't interested to give me any solutions rather looking for a customer who wanted to buy a 75" tv. I have previously purchased other products from here (850$ scooter) but I am having trouble with the scooter and I am not getting any solutions either. I think this was my last purchase from here.

Best Buy in Levittown has the customer worse service. They made appointment for me to pick up a new phone and transfer data. The call center never told me they are no longer doing appointments. No one was available to help me upon arrival. The so called Manager Jimmy did nothing to initiate any help at that point, He said I would have to wait over by the phone center and wait for someone to help but never reached out to any staff members to see if they were available. Luckily for me there was a nice Man from the Verizon Kiosk, Mike, who then came over and offered his help. He ended up initiating the entire set up of my phone. Not one person from Best Buy ever asked if we needed help. This store is in need of a complete Managerial Clean up & staff.
