This location has become a Walmart or a Home Depot where employees see you and hide and you stay there waiting for anyone to approach you but all of them avoid eye contact with you and pass by you before you can say “excuse me”. Very disappointed at what the Best Buy has become. Additionally, a lot of the shelves in the computer accessories sections are not stocked and the display models have items they don’t sell anymore. Amazon it is then. SMH

Absolutely horrible. AVOID. I ordered an 85 inch TV from almost 2 weeks ago. They got my hopes up saying the TV would be delivered today between 10:30am-2:30pm. I had to call their customer service number for them to tell me they had to "reschedule" my delivery because the drivers were sick. What a crock. I USED to be a loyal Best Buy customer. NO MORE. From now on any electronic or appliance purchases I go to P.C.RIchard. When I went to the store to cancel my order they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to take the TV with me meanwhile I paid for installation. I hope they go out of business now.
