I went there on appointment and ended up with a young man, very unknowledgeable about computers and couldn't help me set me computer back to factory reset. Although i bought it there, was very rude towards me and didn't want to help. I feel he should be downgraded to a stock person. So I remain with a laptop I can't use. I would never recommend anyone to Bestbuy for help.

Rudest employee I asked if they had a specific item I wanted and she looked ignored me the first time and I had to repeat myself I even witness her ignore the dude next to her handing her something I don't know if she is just distracted or if she doesn't care about the costumers the rest saw and they didn't do anything but stand around
