Our Apple TV box died, so we went to Best Buy to purchase a new one -- an Apple TV4K. There seemed to be some discrepancy with the model and the listed price, but the supervisor, Kaden Duvall, quickly resolved the matter. We're happy. Thanks. Great customer service!

Made sure to place my order from the local store. At time of purchase the expected delivery was the following day. Gets delayed to the next day, I shrug it off. While checking the order the next day, I found that for some reason the item was shipped from a different county to yet another different county when the order was placed at my local store, where the item was listed as in stock at time of purchase. This seems very silly to me. It was also delayed, again. Don’t order anything from them that you aren’t picking up yourself.

Had awful experience with geek squad. They charge my credit card to replace my iPhone battery. They said it would take about two or three business days for the iPhone battery to come in. They never called me. About little over two weeks went by, and I called geek squad customer service. They said that despite them already having charged me, a repair ticket was never even initiated. Absolute scam.

You'll have to look to find stuff people on the floor who werent busy or not that attentive Nice selection of printers. Great prices Having purchased their Insignia brand chargers before I know they're the best bought another for a friend.
