Booked an in home installation of a TV and wall mount 3 weeks ago. Called twice to make sure it was all set beforehand, and even received a text last night confirming my apt. They gave me a 10 am-3 pm window that they’d come today so I had to use vacation, take off work all day and clear my schedule. No one shows up. When I call to ask what’s going on, they tell me their system must have glitched and never assigned me to a driver. So they half apologize and nonchalantly just try to reschedule the appointment over a week later, in which I’ll have to use more time off work…So I spend over $1000 in their store, wait a whole month for our TV which they’re holding in-store to bring with them, I waste my entire day waiting at home, they screw it up on their end and they think an acceptable action is to just shrug it off and move me to the back of the line? Embarrassing levels of customer service

The workers were very helpful and they were alot more diverse in their appliances and xbox gear.
Store looks empty. You are better off ordering on line. Didn't have what I wanted in stock and was going to take over a week to get in store. Ordered on line and had in 2 days on Amazon.
