I’m giving a 4-star review, but with an explanation. 4 stars because it took 2 hours to get paperwork filled out to send a water filled iPhone in for a replacement on the AppleCare plan for $100. Moreover this review is to help people understand the process. Best Buy basically fills out a form and sends your phone to apple to get major things like this repaired or replaced. Worth knowing because if you need the phone right away you should drive to an apple bar in saint louis. If you have a little over a week to wait, this process saves you the drive to saint louis. The two hours filling out paperwork was still less than the 3+ hour drive to saint louis and back. They could really streamline the process.
