We went there at 7PM. Asked to talk to a sales rep about wireless speakers. We waited over half an hour while workers were walking around the store aimlessly (or so it seemed) asked a couple of them if we could get some help, the ignored us. Said someone was coming. Nobody showed up.

Went to the Geek Squad for an appointment and it was basically useless. Had to go back two times because one of the guys on the phone told me to just drop in. Got there day of and they don't take drop ins so then made an appointment which is what I wanted to do in the first place. Then I get there and the guy told me everything I already knew. Worse than useless because gas is so expensive right now.
