How do I check product availability at the Northgate Best Buy?

Not entirely too sure what was going on, but nobody was in the video game/TV area and couldn't find anyone to get something out. I waited for about 12 minutes and nobody showed up. I guess they don't want my money and I'll have to order it online. :/
