The employee that assisted me was professional and patient. However, the website was not functioning as intended.
Beware! Bought an open box laptop being told there was only minor scratches to realize that the gpu was missing. Refund was smooth, but all that trouble and I still lost money because my refund wasn't 100%since I used a canadian cc. Wouldn't trust geek squad open box anymore.

The store itself is pretty much like any Best Buy these days; dark, messy and lacking in anything reasonably priced. But what really got me was the employees leaning on my car in the parking garage when I came out of the store, smoking cigarettes and laughing at me when I told them not to. 100% won’t be coming here again.

Failed to provide Leasing information in regards to making payments on Laptop that costed 899.00$ plus tax. Complete waste of time spent an hour and a half for nothing. Tried to double charge me and add an extra 1.105.00$. Be honest upfront with your customers from the start.
