What goes on at this clown show??? I ordered a Samsung tablet for pickup. Got an email an hour later indicating that the order was canceled due to a "problem" with my credit card. What problem?, I wanted to know. The card is valid & info such as address/phone #'s is all up-to-date. I got on their chat line...would have accomplished as much chatting with someone in Beijing. How's that for outstanding brilliance?...There's a problem with the credit card but they don't know what it is. DUH! Incidentally, I received an email from the credit card issuer that indicated the charge did go through with no problem but was canceled. Know what they call garbage like this?...STUPIDITY/INCOMPETENCE.

The worst best buy ever!!! I wish i could give zero stars. They have the worst customer service than another other store. Horrible !!!!!!
