On April 21, 2026, I went to Best Buy Geek Squad desperately looking for help to fix my two computers with different serious problems. I was very lucky to have met a Geek Heremy at the Best Buy store. What an amazing experience with him! He is very knowledgeable, highly competent and professional. He diagnosed my computer issues, and found perfect solutions to the problems immediately, and fixed the problems within one day. Most importantly, he explained the problems clearly in simple terms. He did not make me feel uncomfortable for not being “tech-savvy”. Furthermore, as I noticed, in order to reduce the waiting time for the customers, he was taking care of 4 different customers at the same time during my visit. I believe that Heremy is a great asset to Best Buy. The service provided by Geek Squad worths every penny of the Best Buy Geek Squad membership we pay.
