I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 on 2/17 around 7:30 PM. The website showed them in stock, but they weren’t on the shelf. I waited in line at checkout and asked a gentleman for help. He checked the SKU, went to the back, and found them. He was courteous and helpful. I also asked about trade-ins, and he told me I could trade in my Galaxy Buds3 Pro as long as I had the box. I drove home (about 30 minutes), grabbed everything, and came back around 8 PM — an hour before closing. When I returned, I wasn’t sure where to process the trade-in, so I went to Geek Squad. No one was at the desk. The employee assigned there came over from talking with friends and told me I needed an appointment. I pointed to the sign next to us that said walk-ins were accepted. He said he had to work the sales floor and told me to come back tomorrow. After that, he said checkout could handle it instead. At checkout, a young woman assisted me. She checked one register, gave me an awkward stare, then asked to move to another register. After more time, she informed me that Best Buy doesn’t accept the Buds3 Pro for trade-in — but they accept the older Buds Pro 2 model. That makes absolutely no sense. Fine. I decided to just buy the earbuds outright. Total: $297.47. I’ve received a 10% military/veteran discount at this location before (even when it wasn’t advertised), usually approved by a manager. When I asked about it this time, the store manager — an angry woman I’ve never seen before — immediately said they don’t offer military discounts. I understand it’s at management’s discretion, but her attitude was completely unnecessary. She was visibly in a bad mood and clearly taking it out on customers. To top it off: I was not initially given a receipt for a nearly $300 purchase — I had to ask for it. The cashier dropped my earbuds on the floor with an audible thud while removing the security device. The store itself felt dirty, disorganized, and poorly managed. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location unless it’s your absolute last resort. Customer Service PIN: 0472 001 7237 021726

I ordered something expensive online and they delivered it to the wrong house… the picture they uploaded was somewhere i couldn’t recognize and the door didn’t even have a house number to locate. I went up and down my block and the package was no where to be found. Horrible delivery service.
