I went there with my mother and she wanted to buy a laptop. Eager to buy at the day of visit, we had only a couple questions. One of the workers in the electronics department greeted us. Then we asked him a question, and he went back to his counter along with the other guys after telling us to give him a couple minutes. There my mother and I were waiting to get help from someone. 5 min passed and they were all there behind their counter not doing absolutely anything. I told her let’s go and we went to P.C. Richardson. They are not really about business but only their to clock in their hours. Terrible experience.

A normal Best Buy experience, the restroom sign could do with an arrow showing which direction it is in. Had to use the restroom and saw the sign but had to ask where it was. Fair to say the sign was vague.
