I went to Best buy to buy a new gang for my Nintendo switch. However, the selection was short.

I ordered an XBOX from this Best Buy, and they used a third party delivery site (Roadie) to ship it. The package I got two days later (although it should’ve been one) contained a random assortment of items. I went to the physical store to resolve this issue, and the manager Andrea was very helpful. She explained that the package had been tampered with by the Roadie driver as it was sealed by tape that Best Buy did not use and clearly gave me the next steps to follow.
In other words, be careful if you’re getting products shipped, but the in-store staff is very helpful.

Quick service in and out. Time is 💰
Best buy isn't what it used to be. Went in looking for a product advertised on their website. And product was no where to be found. Also no employees in that area to ask for assistance. Just left and ordered product from somewhere else online. Got it the next day!
