Bought a TV online then went to the store for pick up. Apparently, I arrived early so the TV was not ready but they pulled it for me anyway. Super helpful team! Ended up buying a few other things while I was there and they kept the TV up front for me. Great experience.
AWFUL JUST AWFUL.
The Geek Squad team members in this location were horrendous. I brought in my PC at the beginning of 2024 to get it repaired/upgrade parts on it. When I did the first set of repairs they were fine; a few months later, I decided I wanted to upgrade even more to max out my performance.
I brought my PC in at the end of May of 2024, and was completely devastated after the work they put into my machine. They made it non-functional and completely wasted my time and money. They were not willing to hear me OR help me out and the store manager at the time was very disrespectful. Ended up taking my device to a different location where they took time diagnosing issues in which included parts that THIS location installed that were either faulty or damaged.
I have not visited this location since the incident occurred. Absolutely terrible service and appreciation for guests.

This review is for the stereo installation department of Best Buy.
Fabian and Lesean were both wonderful, answering all my questions and steering me to the right stereo for me.
Initially I bought an open box stereo and Fabio told me to bring it in to check if all parts were there-unfortunately there was a part missing but I was glad they had advised me to bring the item by and was able to get credit for the new stereo right at the service desk so everything worked out perfectly.
