Watch your credit card balance. I had a Best buy credit card for over 2 years didn't know they was charging me $230 every month without my authorization so I deactivated it instead of arguing with them about why are you using my credit card more than I am. Whole time I'm thinking my wife is using it for my children, she thought I was using it.

agents and supervisor just said that their internal team has reviewed this with FedEx, and because FedEx confirms delivery (no picture proof!!!), they were unable to process a refund.
I paid for a product I never received! I gave Best Buy money, but they didn't give me the product!
Best Buy refused to solve their customer's problem, refused to take their responsibility. They should issue a refund to me and ask for compensation or solutions from the carrier they collaborated with.
I went to buy my first prebuild gaming pc from here good experience. Tyler helped me out with a midrange pc that was on sale.
