They suck 2 different people sold me auto car starter for my so called new truck to find out they dont make one for the car cause its key not push button start they dont know shit plus you cant get anybody by phone from store goes to call center in mn

Tried to get a Zagg screen protector warranty replacements here and was told that Zagg canceled their contract with Best Buy. This turns out to be a lie, Best Buy’s own website says that warranties can be processed at any location, and their customer service line confirmed this. The store just doesn’t want to process the claims. This is not the first time their associates or the manager Roma just make up policies because they don’t feel like working. Shame that I pay hundreds of dollars every year for a membership to be lied to. I’ve never seen a store try harder to put itself out of business.

I bought what I thought was new Quest VR set. When I got home, I've noticed the packaging seemed a bit off. I realized the unit was previously used when I tried to redeem the free Batman game that came with the system. When I talked to Meta customer service, they told me the unit previously used to download the game. Selling used product as new is deceitful and illegal. It should have been sold as open box item and not as new. I'm returning this used headset.
