🤬🛑Extremely disappointing experience at this Best Buy in New Jersey. I drove from Brooklyn, wasting time (3+ hours on Sunday), gas, and tolls, only to not get what I ordered.
The screen I purchased was listed as “excellent condition” with all original parts, but in-store it was labeled “good” and missing key items, including a $100+ power cable, screws, and other accessories.
Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They claimed the screen was tested but couldn’t explain how without a power cable or show that it actually worked. No discount, no solution, no accountability.
❌Total waste of time — avoid this store.❌

Interactions with the geek squad location. Disgusting service. However, thank you Ruby for your service (manager whom apologized, while managers above them are trash and do not respond by email). The managers run their mouths but they barely run the show itself, how does that work?
