I like Best Buy. I purchase a lot of my electronics and appliances there. This time however I went in to buy a new phone to replace the one I purchased at BB 2 yrs ago. I asked them to match a price on Amazon. Showed them the listing. They refused saying it's not sold by Amazon. So, guess what, I left and bought the exact same phone from Amazon for $200 less. Shop around.

Purchased an open box tv that was in "excellent condition" . Didn't have the packaging for the tv, didn't have THE REMOTE, and didn't have the stand. I basically paid for a box and a used fingerprinted TV. Told customer service for compensation and they couldn't do anything about it . I even have a receipt saying that it has been packaged and that nothing was wrong with it. Extremely pissed. Don't go to this location because they're just boxing anything without actually looking to see if it's in good condition.

Went to this Best Buy to pick up a printer and they had it in stock. Sadly, not the ink to go with it. Had some questions about the paper and got timely help. The ink refills rack was in disarray. In fact that side of the store (and I only visited that side) could be neater. Overall good but can be better.
