So I came and Purchase a scooter there in secaucus nj ok. So delivery company lost scooter they told me to go to Best Buy tell them about it n they can handle it This unprofessional manger Miguel! told me that Best Buy is not responsible for a product that they shipped out that once it goes it it’s not one them any more do you understand my frustration and there is nothing he can do as a manger and that this ant Amazon so basically telling me Amazon is better that’s why company like this close down because mangers like this so what happens now I make this review customers see it they order somewhere else cause mangers like this he didn’t go out he’s way to help me at all he didn’t even bother calling anyone or anything super lazy im explaining to him its been a couple of days n havnt received my package and him just sending me off like that how is this can fit to be a manger. Jersey city store manger very professional so I ended calling Best Buy explain my problem sent me one right away so simple no hassle, no drama Don’t come to this store unless u want a horrible experience of Best Buy he even told me not to call Best Buy they won’t help u out either!
