Great staff- very helpful!!
Waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Asked 5 employees and all of them said they would call for help. Not one helped and not one person came to help. Buying from Amazon now. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Nice best buy. Haven’t been in one in a while but they don’t change much. Associates helped us grab a tv from the back. Although, they did bring out the wrong one twice, they brought it to the register and even offered to bring it to the car which was kind (my cousin is jacked so we obviously refused politely).
Would recommend if you need something.

Very rude staff. When we walked in, multiple employees were standing outside talking and didn’t say a word to us. We asked for help with appliances and one of those employees was brought in to assist — she was extremely rude, dismissive, and answered every question with an attitude. As we were leaving, we saw more employees right outside the door smoking. Overall, the service felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and showed zero respect for customers.
