This has been the worst experience for me. I just purchased an open box EXCELLENT tv. This so called excellent condition TV was missing the remote, the stand and had a dent on the side. Every time I would call to get this fixed I was routed to the online support who were practically useless. I spent 2 hours and a $100 to go pick up this TV since they wouldn’t deliver it and now I have to return it and am going to lose money because of their incompetence.
