Only 2 urs old fridge is dead its 2 werks nobody will fix it and I havr to threw out 400 of food customer service number is no help they lie to you boycott best buy they treat seniors like garbage
I was there to purchase some computer components. Vincent was very helpful and offered many suggestions. In the end, I also purchased Geek Squad. Store was well organized, nicely stocked, and they employees were very attentive.
Called the store to ask about a product. Would have accepted a yes or no answer but instead I only was blue to get 3 words out bout the product and was hung up on. Tried calling again and I was immediately hung up on again with no one even saying anything to me. The third time I was on hold for 10 minutes. This was very unprofessional on the part of the so called customer service staff.

Do not recommend getting a washer/dryer or any appliances delivered from here. We were supposed to get a washer delivered today and the company Best Buy uses sucks, they went to the wrong address (correct is on file though) and we haven’t been able to get in contact with them to get it redelivered. Everyone is just giving us the run around or not answering the phone. On top of that my husband took off work so he could be home for the delivery….
