Went into purchase washer and dryer. Stood in the appliance section for a very long time no one helped. I went up to the desk ask someone to get help and no one ever came. After half an hour we walked out. You lose a $2,000 sale

Went bc I got a new phone and couldn't connect my ear buds to went to the phone store and they couldn't do it either so we tried best buy and they did it i didn't get the guy's name and they were about to close even after they locked the doors he still wasn't rushing. Thank you
