I bought a TV at Best Buy and was tricked or scammed into something I didn't know what was until I starting to receive annual bills I at first thought were TV insurance but apparently something I hadn't signed up for - apparently a non wanted membership to their so-called club or membership. I did NOT WANT THEIR DAMN MEMBERSHIP. I RECEIVED A CREDIT CARD WHICH I never used and tried to canceled thewhole thing on my cell which is impossible! Like the current investigation into Amazon's way of tricking people into membership, I was tricked into this scam very popular apparently with businesses by slick and smoothtalking emplyees without a conscience. I'm a senior citizen with no knowledge of or interest in technology at age 79. This scheme is unconscionable and should be investigated like Amazon and most likely other greedy businesses. So, in coclusion, let my story be a warning as I'm now bombarderd and threatened with billing letters for purchases I never made. I paid my television and insurance by check on day of purchase and have purchased nothing from Best Buy Jackson MI since 3 years ago. Beware of these large stores!!! ONE star because the TV is okay. It's pretty much like every other Best Buy I've been to. I'm definitely not going to go out of my way for this specific location.
How can 1 business find so many useless employees? I was planning on spending $1500+. Instead, I saved with going to Walmart. At least I expected useless employees
6 employees standing in front of the entrance talking and having a good time. Absolutely no one available to help customers. And I was there to buy a home security system. With a tv. Saved me $2500 min
