Waited in line in the rain for 2 hours for a switch 2 the line was very short and I was sent away because of stock they said..... the next day and even today they still have stock. Never purchasing anything from here again.
This review is specifically for Romeo - who was the store manager when I was there in May. For reasons I still don't fully understand, there was a mixup with my online purchase for an open box item. It didn't come in the package or in the condition as indicated on the website. I don't fault the store, necessarily, figuring the website/inventory is probably tied to their corporate offices. But Romeo could see I was disappointed and he went out of his way to make sure I left feeling like I was treated like a valued customer. I didn't even have to drive back to the store to pick up the replacement item. He had it delivered to my home. Service still matters, and Romeo gets it. I'm going back to Best Buy in Jackson for my next appliance purchase because of that experience.
