I absolutely HATE the automated phone lines. I wanted to speak to someone in Computers and was hoping to speak to the general manager about my issue. Got nowhere except for customer service hub that probably isn't in the same state! When I did find the local number online, by the time I got through all of the automated questions, I was literally right back at the customer service center!!! The CSA told me that Best Buy doesn't take internal phone calls anymore!! Talk about shitty customer service!!!

Just got a great deal on a PC monitor and can't beat the price best buy is finally competing and service is great
Immediately greeted, questions answered quickly. Little disappointed in gaming selection, but what can you do when most are digital downloads these days
