Excellent sales experience
I would love to give it a 5 star review, but their Manager Rishi, who is the most unprofessional, with zero product knowledge, deliberately giving you wrong information; he should be disciplined or put back in training. Have been shopping at Best Buy over a decade, never had any issues, except when i encountered him. If you can shop at a different location I suggest you do, if you can find the same thing at different retailer it might be a better route, since others have better policies in place. Hope this helps the future shoppers.
