I had an issue when I came in and was honestly frustrated at first, but the way Louie handled the situation completely changed my experience. He stayed calm, listened to everything I had to say, and never made me feel rushed or ignored. Even though the situation started negatively, he remained professional, patient, and focused on finding a solution.
What stood out most was how he turned the whole experience around with his attitude and communication. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and went out of his way to help resolve the issue. By the end of the interaction, I left feeling appreciated and satisfied. Great customer service like that is hard to find.
I will never buy from that place again. They sold me insurance for my Apple Watch, but they never fixed it. I’m going to tell everyone I know not to go back there.
