I’ve been to hundreds of Best Buy’s and this is the first one I ever been to that has the checkout line combined with order pickup and customer service. This basically destroys the purpose of online orders (among many other incentives it negates). Truly idiotic. Never coming back to this location again.

No point of this Best Buy even existing. Came to this store to buy something that says it’s available in this location but can’t get a hold of any employee to make the purchase even though the store is full of them. Everyone sitting down or doing anything but work. Just save your time and buy online.

The person who placed my order at Best Buy in Rego Center, Queens, New York City filled out my address details incorrectly and left the package at another apartment. I do not recommend it.
