We came in to buy a PS5 and had a pretty mixed experience. We waited several minutes to be helped while four employees stood directly across from us laughing and on their phones, which was frustrating since we were clearly looking for assistance.
When we finally checked out, the PS5 was listed as $449 both online and on the display, but the price jumped to $549 at the register. The employee didn’t catch it, so we had to point it out. He then told us they only had used ones available at that price now, we decided to go with that option instead.
He said the used console was in good condition, which was true, but he failed to mention that it was missing one of the original extras that came with this specific PlayStation. We didn’t find this out until after the purchase was already finalized, which was disappointing.
Overall, the product itself was fine, but the lack of attentiveness and incomplete communication from staff really took away from the experience. Better customer service and transparency would have made a big difference.

Went searching for a new TV- (if you’re not aware now is the time to buy a new TV besides Black Friday)
Manny is at the Manchester store was absolutely amazing so pleasurable to work with -honest -friendly- SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE of all the models- gave us space to discuss our choice privately . Also I noticed about 95% of employees had smiles on their faces.
