Great store, people are helpful and nolagable. Know that they will match some prices and will help you look if you ask. Also you have 30 days, 60 days if you buy their membership, to get price matches and returns. Ive taken advantage of this program on almost every item I've bought. Also if you get their card, you can get points for actual cash discounts off products. Watch for promos that need to be activated as well as setting the points to acrue rather than issue expiring certificates automatically. Some open box products can save you hundreds. See attached receipts for examples.

Went in to pick up an online order and had a horrible experience. Forget about professionalism, the guys at the pick up desk were straight up making fun of me and the entire interaction was dreadful. He literally made faces looking at my driver's license. Possible those guys didn't like my skin color, and its disappointing that my young kid had to witness this humiliation. Not returning to this store.

I purchased my Cube from here and I love the accuracy of the product . I am very happy with the product features. If your looking for a good gps tracker this is it , way better the the apple air tags and very affordable ! it includes real time location, speed in which vehicle is going, and all data saved from each trip.5 stars!
Also the customer service was excellent at Best Buy as well, 5 stars.🤩
