Terrible customer service.
I was in your Newington this with my husband Rino. Matt was called to assist us. From the moment he asked how he could help us, I was awed and I told him so as we shook hands upon completing necessary business.
Obvious he knew the product, asked about mount we needed, we became Best Buy card holders( sorry, forgot terms used for the offers Matt shared as available!)
As a teacher of 39 years and that grandma that notices presentation of those assisting me; well this young man gets 10*s
Matt was confident, uplifting, knowledgeable,
answered questions with clear explanations,
truly a professional!!
Matt, is one who has one saying, “I’d come back here!) Yes, Kathleen says “he is an asset to Best Buy.”
