Used to love best buy, I think I'll stick with Amazon from now on. Went to the store and bought a new TV. Sales person was kinda pushy, but I pretty much knew what I wanted. Paid for a new TV in store to be delivered 6 days later. Today is the delivery day and they open the truck and I see a beat up box....hmmm...odd, but ok. They open the box to reveal a dusty OPEN BOX TV! Receipt attached says nothing about open box. Only the TV and power cord...that it!! I waited a week for this!!!?? The delivery driver even called customer support on speaker in front of me. The lady said "yep, that was supposed to be a new TV" Now, after scheduling time off work to be home for this(I don't get days off), I have to wait another week probably. This is complete BS! I called the store and they offered nothing! You guys wasted my time and your delivery partners time, after I get this tv, I will stick to Amazon or Crutchfield online. Big box stores aren't what they used to be.

This is absolutely disgusting!! I’ve been a delivery driver for years and I’ve never seen such a filthy area for pick up. I guess the sales are more important ??? Why not have the person in the front do something other than saying hello and pointing you to where you already know where to go???
