My son's Christmas present was a bunch of upgrades to his computer so that he could use Microsoft's new 2024 Flight Simulator. We asked the Geek Squad to suggest parts, test compatibility, install, & just work with us to make sure the overhaul of this custom build actually did what we wanted it to do. Yesterday a Best Buy associate gave a PS5 to a person that wasn’t my mom. This person hacked her account, pretended to be her and on top of that a driver license wasn’t asked for and that person left stealing more than $600 thanks to the person who didn’t checked the license or email for proof. I know work can get stressful but what if it was you and your money stolen? they need to verify ID and email of purchase.
