Me and another fella have been standing in the apple section waiting to get something for 30 plus minutes, not a soul has been over here to assist us. We have both gone to the front desk, asked the sale phone reps and geek squad and nobody can seem to help us get what we want EDIT: i stood there for almost an hour. Just to be told the product was out of stock. Not like any of the other 10 employees I asked about retrieving that for me could have asked or told me they where out. Unprofessional at its absolute max.
Don’t buy anything from this garbage company. If you want it delivered you will never get it and good luck with the overseas customer service. They will just tell you lies and act like they don’t understand you.

I recently went to the store to purchase a cable for the ipod shuffle and when we saw that there were none in stock the associate suggested amazon - quite disappointing. Today, I called to ask a question about the availability of a product and was met with an AI bot who would not connect me to a person for this simple question. Overall, I am quite frustrated and annoyed with all of my recent interactions with this store and will not be returning.
