We went into the Best Buy on Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga recently to address an issue with my wife’s IPad. We met an associate named Jackson who works in the Geek Squad area. He was patient and listened to us even though they had been slammed that day. He took the IPad back to another tech who quickly addressed the issue. Jackson brought is to us and asked if there was anything else we needed. We told him that our needs had been addressed and thanked him. This kind of service is why we keep going back to this Best Buy. They focus on the needs of the customer.
