They will not allow you to speak to anyone inside the store when you call their phone number listed at this location. All I wanted to know was if an item was available in-store, and they transferred me to four different people who could not answer any of my questions.

Ordered a tablet online and instead was delivers a tablet case so I went to best buy June 24 to get the refund and was told it would be on my card in 3 business days a month pass and I came back to talk to management and was told they couldn’t do anything so I lost $160 my bank won’t even dispute it cause best buy didn’t even give me the receipt either to prove that I was going to receive the refund and I didn’t even receive my item I’m not shopping with this store or this brand anymore
