Over 4th of July Weekend my freezer had died so we found one at Best Buy and purchased it. They scheduled delivery for the next week, about 4 or 5 days out. They scheduled delivery day came and went we called and they said they didn’t have it in stock it would be another 2 or 3 weeks. No explanation other than it’s not in stock. They rescheduled for August 6th. That day has come and gone and no freezer, “out of stock” 2 more weeks. Since we really need a freezer we canceled and went elsewhere. Why not just tell us in the beginning. Shoddy business practices! We won’t make another appliance purchase here,
Devin at the return desk was really nice and helpful. He took care of us when we needed to return an item.

Best Buy will not exchange items in store if they were purchased from their own eBay store. Customer service is a real problem with this company. Unfortunately, this will most likely lead to the company's demise in the future.
