Way understaffed. Only one man working the appliance section, and he's great, but they need more on the floor. I was looking at large TVs and nobody came to assist or answer questions. Electronic staff very under motivated, in my experience. They seem to just wanna hang out at the service desk and chat with each other. When u approach, it seems like you're inconveniencing them. DO THESE GUYS GET PAID TO DO A JOB??? Ya surely can't tell by Me! This is my experience of the Chattanooga TN store. Not a welcoming place to shop!

I purchased a refrigerator as well as a laptop from Able. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. This day good customer service is hard to find. I was really pleased with him and if I needed to make another purchase I would definitely ask for him. Thanks Able!

I bought a pair of the Powerbeats Pro 2 from this store 1 month ago. I was told I had 2 months to return them if any issue occurred. Well about a week ago the right headphone completely quit working. Have barely used these things, haven’t dropped them a single time. So I bring them in to return them since I was well within the 2 month time frame I was told I had. Turns out that cashier who sold me the headphones told me 2 months to return, when it was actually 2 weeks. Regardless- the cashier helping me this time checked out the headphones and said it was clear I hadn’t damaged them at all, so whatever issue was occurring was a factory issue. The only option he gave me was to sign up for a 60 dollar Best Buy membership that would then allow me to return them. When I said no to that, he said there was nothing else the store could do. He said call Apple. Well, after hours on the phone with Apple, it turns out he could have scheduled an appointment for me to get them serviced at Best Buy. They are an “Apple authorized service provider” and can service any of their products. But instead of helping me out, I was sent to Apple to waste hours of my time. All it would’ve taken was one sentence from this guy. I guess I didn’t deserve help since I didn’t buy the $60 membership.
