Horrible customer service. First you cannot get ahold of anyone at the store level. It goes to an agent which said she couldn’t help. All I need to do is speak with assistant manager TJ who had previously tried to help us with a warranty claim that Best Buy messed up to begin with by not linking the warranty to the tv. He call geek squad to get it figured out. He said he did and would take 24 hours we got an email 1 week later after the warranty had expired and now we’re out $250. And no one at the store level Will help over the phone ??? Do not buy a warranty is the point here !!!

Very difficult to get help at this store. Tv I wanted was out of stock so an in store order was placed. Was told when it would be in. 2 weeks later they still can't find it. They don't even know if it exists.
