Said Washer and Dryer would be installed in 10 days. The day before install they pushed it back another 14 days. Repeatedly lied to me about why and made it almost impossible to get any answers. Had to cancel my order. Will never go back.

Not good customer service at all. Cashiers dont take their time to listen to customer an do whats being asked of them aka like service plan. Get it together best buy.

I visited this Best Buy after checking out the one in Knoxville, i was there for Bluetooth speakers, ideally they have more collection than the one and Knoxville, there are limited stores in state, so assuming the products will sell out fast.
However, when I asked for help the staff from different sections didn’t hesitate to help me and the staff at the gate are very welcoming, very friendly store with good service and decent amount of collection.
