Made an appointment for a repair, no help after 20+ minutes, got sat down and waited another 20.
Now, I am calling MULTIPLE times to check on status of replacement. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour & never reached anyone in the store... it sounds a if calls are getting picked up and place in hold manually.
Super frustrating with the Horrible service
I was blessed to run into Abel first thing. He was pleasant, helpful and jovial. He answered each question I had concerning 2 items I wanted to purchase. Abel was definitely on the top of his game!
Great service. Been going to best buy for years for our product. Geek squsd is great with repairs and services! New to Tennessee and really super people working there!
I visited this store searching for Floodlight Security Cameras. Upon reaching the counter I was made aware that they were marked wrong and they were not the price listed. No biggie, fix the issue so theres no confusion! The cashier called the manager up there and he had a bad attitude the price was not the problem it was the managers attitude that made us walk out and not purchase at all!
