Bought a very expensive remote start for my vehicle early December set up free installation a little over a month later in January , drove an hour had my appointment at 3:30 waited for 3 hours and got a call at 6:30 stating they couldn’t get to it and had to reschedule me when we got there the next time was for another month out I still haven’t been because they got behind the day of my scheduled appointment I think accommodation should be made to move you in earlier when it’s not your fault. I tried to call for a store manager multiple times even left my name and number with someone and never heard anything back so if you buy something that comes with installation be prepared to wait a long time and don’t get your hopes up when you take it at your scheduled time it obviously doesn’t mean anything. And they will not make any accommodation to get you in you will have to wait for next available time slot, now that my review is posted they have went a canceled my whole order so don’t bother doing business with them when it comes to this stuff

Bought a laptop I was really excited about. Ordered for curbside pickup. Got an email saying it was ready. So far so good. I get there and park in spot 1. Notify the app. Says they’ll be right out. 10 minutes later I get a text that says to pull up to the front of the store and they bring it right out and to have my four digit code ready. No big deal. I pull up to the store. I see other people having their orders brought out to them. I’m thinking any minute now. 30 minutes go by and I’m still waiting. I check my email and texts for updates. Nothing. So I go to park and go inside the store. Lady behind the counter was rude and unapologetic. Said they shut curbside down. I asked why I didn’t get a notification. Unapologetically I was told she doesn’t know. She doesn’t know how curbside works. I’m no longer excited about the laptop. It’s still in the box. And I’m thinking of returning it. I tried to call the store but you get referred to customer service which is outsourced. Absolutely the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. Just wanted a laptop and not a whole frustrating ordeal.

Bought a TV with them and scheduled a delivery based on their availability. Had a confirmation for the delivery time, arrival, and even driver. 3 hours later I was made aware that the item would need rescheduling for 6 more days out. I called the available numbers for more information and it was a “logistical issue” and told that it happens frequently. No effort was made by Best Buy to compensate or accommodate for the inconvenience so I canceled the order. I would recommend using that shady friend that accepts his favorite 12 pack of beer and some gas money over Best Buy’s delivery team hands down. They had an opportunity to really come through and make a bad situation a little less infuriating, considering I had to move my schedule around to accommodate them but it was a “tough luck chuck” situation for me. Will actively recommend all known family and friends away from Best Buy, especially their delivery services.
