I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. They gave my already purchased 4K TV to the wrong person, and instead of taking responsibility, they were incredibly rude about it. They insisted the “right person” must have picked it up because ID would have been checked—but when reviewing the security footage, the employee didn’t even look at an ID.
What’s even more frustrating is that they didn’t offer any solution—no replacement, no real apology—just told me to leave the store. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

I ordered the new Samsung galaxy s26 Ultra and was surprised that when I went to pick it up on 3-11 after work only to find out it was given away to someone else. The manager was very helpful in refunding the cost and perplexed that this happened. She give me a $50 in-store gift card for my trouble. The two stars has no reflection on the store itself, its over the fact and the carelessness of not paying attention to detail when security factors are in place to avoid this from happening. I can only think it was a inside job. So be carefull ordering and having to pick up your item at this location.

Super nice place and people
Katie T understood the assignment. She was VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH and easy to UNDERSTAND. She explained things without making me feel uncomfortable and left me feeling well informed. She helped my son find a laptop that fit his needs and although this location was over a 40 minute drive and we had two closer locations to us this was WELL worth it.
