Went in yesterday and the guy I spoke to barely acknowledged me and was speaking to someone through his earphones the whole time.

Well they broke some things hooking up a 3000 dollar stero system in my truck then didn't install my speakers in the back door an when I come to get them put in they say they can't do an it cause I'm complaining about the service. If your gonna get a stero system installed stick to a stero company not here . I even tipped the guy 40 bucks after the install an 7 months later I find out my back speakers wasn't never installed

Unbelievable experience every time I visit this store. Staff is knowledgeable, and explained every benefit for my tech membership. Geek squad has done work on several of my devices and has resolved my issue each time. Would recommend this store!!

An expensive protection plan for a z fold 5 that replaces with a refurbished phone and the Samsung warranty wouldn't cover because of small scratch. Very disappointing for a store and brand i used to love....considering iPhone and new place to buy it. 😔👎
