I ordered a Canon laser printer from BB, and there were six in stock according to the website. I needed it by Friday; that is, in three days. They said, "No problem." After ordering it, I get an e-mail (on Friday) saying they would deliver it "on Mar 14" and not "on Feb 28." I tried to cancel the order, and the agent (with a heavy Indian accent) said that he couldn't do it, so I said let me speak to a manager, and he said the manager couldn't do it. What a terrible business. If you order something, and they don't want to cancel it, then you're stuck. I'll likely never order anything from Best Buy again. Terrible experience!
