The manager at th geek squad was a little off putting. It seems like he may have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Perhaps he was having a bad day.
I went there to have my iPad looked at and I asked a questions and he was very rude in his responses. Then he said that I was cutting him off when I was asking a question. This was not the customer service interaction that I would want at my business.
I went down to the Apple store and they fixed my problem by reinstalling the operating system. At the Apple store they have this positive upbeat energy.
The energy that you give off it's very important and there was bad/negative energy at this Best buy.

It's one thing to try and upsell me, that's fair business. However, trying to sell me a lower quality product than what I asked for is annoying and indefensible. The salesperson clearly wasn't listening to what I was asking for.
I bought a large TV here recently. Store was in excellent shape, had great demo's set up. Salesman Kenny was amazing. He answered all my questions and helped me with the entire process. Will be back!
