Unfortunately, Best Buy delivered the wrong dryer to my house and harassed me until I agreed to a replacement delivery date. They did not apologize or attempt to make things right. The product works fine and the delivery crew were efficient and courteous, but the process and customer service after Best Buy caught their own mistake was extremely unsatisfactory.
Bare and lifeless... The few people working there were pleasant and did ask if we needed customer service however, when you ask a tough question, they don't really have answers and half to find another person to get the answer to your questions. They don't have the quantity, or selection that Micro Center has. I also find that Micro Center has slightly better pricing on comparable items. Best Buy isn't necessarily bad, they have fallen off with selection, quantity and quality products, it's just that there are better stores out there to shop from like Micro Center. I will say this, for audio/visual, Best Buy, Magnolia is good! If you are looking for hi-end electronics, visit a Best Buy / Magnolia store. You'll be glad you did. Not all Best Buy's have it! However, Gramophone is still nicer than Magnolia, but I digress. 3-stars for Best Buy, decent, but not great!

First time I went there, there was no associate to be found in the tv section and no one asked if I needed anything. Second time I went, I bought a tv, and have been waiting 8 days for it to get delivered. Got a call yesterday that they can not deliver and I have to reschedule. I need it now b/c I have to travel. I could have been gone. I’m so upset right now. At this point just refund the tv!!
