Purchased TV from Best Buy in last week of Dec because TV earlier purchased was not of good sound & color quality , somehow due to new year events could not pickup yesterday and was about to pickup today but my order was cancelled without prior intimation about cancellation and when I talked to store support team , they did not entertain my request .
