Tried calling geek squad to ask a human a question about my service, but was deflected over and over and over again by automation. Eventually, my call was rerouted and put on hold to a completely different department at a completely different location, TWICE. There seems to be no way for a customer to speak with an employee at this location. This is the absolute worst and is enough for me to give all of my future business to anyone else but Best Buy. It saves corporations money to automate calls because they don’t have to pay their employees to speak with customers, but it is the customer that suffers. And any company that treats their customers this way doesn’t deserve to be in business, in my opinion. This is what has led to the rampant “Karen” mentality that is so common today.
Support small local businesses who actually care about their customers.

paid expedited shipping for next day delivery
not received yet
after 4 different tracking numbers it was to be here today
GUESS WHAT again it has been delayed now maybe the 3rd of May

WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE THEY JUST SHRUGGED THERE SHOULDERS AND SAID IT IS OUT OF THERE HANDS IT IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE DELIVERY PEOPLE
THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT AL ALL INTERESTED IN SERVICE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS

Terrible store and customer service. Purchased a new Rog ally handheld gaming device and it will not charge right out of the box. Went back to the store and talked to Nathan, the manager and he informed me that they would not help me. Very disappointing. Will never be shopping at a Best buy ever again. I'll just order from Amazon next time where you can actually make returns on damaged equipment. It was just a matter of time before Amazon ran you out of business anyway.. thanks a lot Nathan.
