This is more for Corporate Best Buy as a whole. My husband placed an order to be picked up at the store but unfortunately half his order was stated as to being delivered to the wrong address. However, on trying to rectify with Best Buy not only did Best Buy refuse to talk to us because the seller was market place the market place seller within Best buy refused to offer solutions, let FedEx know, or anything. So we had to go through FedEx ourselves to ensure order is held at a FedEx location so we can hopefully pick it up. Considering this was 138$ product being shipped incorrectly I was very frustrated with the lack of empathy and help from all parties except FedEx.

It was amazing (and refreshing) to enter a Best Buy and not be immediately harassed by an employee asking me “if I needed any help finding anything”, especially because these employees usually don’t really know and have to ask someone else anyway. Low-pressure, but helpful staff when I needed assistance. The stock of the items I needed were correctly listed on the website and I got out with exactly what I came for. Thank you! Other stores need to follow your example.
Great store, and lots to choose from, they had what I needed, but I had to travel a ways to get it rather than. The location nearest to me having what I needed in stock.
