Tried to return a dryer vent that was added to my washer/dryer package that we bought. Vent kit wouldn’t work because of the way our vent is mounted on the wall. Went to return it because we just used the vent that was attached to the old dryer but Best Buy wouldn’t accept the return since it was opened. Just left and let them keep the vent. What am I going to do with a dryer vent kit. Store it in the closet. Irritating because they are the ones who added the kit to my order because they stated we would need to change out the old one.
