I bout headset which in 30 it did work on one the and they told me could exchange would have to call the mangerifuter and see if they will replace it that not very good as a company to receive money for item and put u off for a return item I would not want to buy any else form them

I visited Best Buy today to purchase a pair of earbuds, and my experience started off very disappointing. I stood at the locked display case while several employees walked by, made eye contact with me, and never acknowledged me. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. After waiting, I approached one of the employees and asked, “Is anyone working back here?” His response was rude: “Yes, we all are working back here. But we have customers right now.” He still didn’t offer to help or let me know someone would be with me shortly. Thankfully, an employee named Josh came over to assist me. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Josh completely changed my experience, and I appreciate the way he treated me as a customer. Best Buy should make sure all employees understand that acknowledging customers and communicating respectfully is just as important as helping them. Thank you, Josh, for your outstanding service.

Good experience but computer supplies were limited and seemed expensive. Also a lot of open box laptops available when I got there. It made me realize that they are bring that computer back for a reason. I was happy the salesman was honest.
