The customer service was great. The customer service rep that greets you at the entrance was able to direct me where I needed to go. And asked if I needed any other assistance. As I was leaving, he also asked if I found everything I needed and told me to enjoy the rest of my day.

BEST BUY TOTAL MEMBER NOW FOR 5PLUS YRS. MADE APPT WITH GEEK SQUAD.#1 THEY SCHEDULED ME TO MILLERVILLE & I REQUESTED THIS STORE! AFTER Waisting my time. They tell me THEY don't work on Samsung phones. But the manager here is horrible customer service! He was rude & a complete Pos! He needs to be fired Cee,helped me... now

They used to be very helpful but after a 30 min wait and asking for help while people just stand around talking and playing on there phone made me mad
