0/10. does not have it together at all. they have check out, geek squad, and online orders all combined into 3 registers.. what could have been a 5 minute trip turned into a 40 minute ordeal. just come in here, get your stuff, and use your phone to mobile check out.
Great service. In and out in minutes.
It was early in the morning, I was one of the first ones there right after they opened. And was immediately help find what I was looking for.

Every time I go to this best buy I get an anxiety attack from how many people I have to ask for help. The line had about 10 people in it, but back up for checkout never came. Please hire more people. If you have the time go to the Millerville best buy. The employees are nice though.
