Unfortunately, Best Buy has lost it shine of customer service. Geek squad is no longer reliable. So sad!

Best buy is a great store with great service. And check out my band Rare Union streaming everywhere.
Got my phone screen repaired here via my existing apple care+ coverage. It was done in a few hours and looks good as new, good customer service, store is nice.
Just gotta watch out for the funky parking lot intersection out front, a lot of drivers get confused there.
The sales person that day was great. I came in to buy a computer i seen online but he recommended a different one and explained why and I was totally good with it. I would have got the other one home and been pissed off and returned it. This way there are going to be no returns. I love my new laptop ! Thanks
