Purchased a computer last week. Computer was an open box sale because the rookie sales person said they did not have a new one in the box. They did not remove all the demo stuff. After being on the phone for hours we decided to drive the 100 miles to return it after we found out they did indeed have a new one in the box. The little feller that was supposedly the manager was a complete asshole. We canceled the best buy account & will not return to best buy in the future.

Bought a new Samsung TV from Ashton the sales representative at best buy here in riverdale l. I was extremely grateful for the upgraded soundbar and mount he also suggested. He did a wonderful job explaining my needs and answering any questions I had about anything.
Wonderful sales man, wonderful place to buy TVs and new sound bars and systems.

Worst service ever fr
They literally made me wait for 2 weeks for the delivery and later on after i called they said me they didn't get my apartment number ? I mean seriously? You had my number you could have atleast informed me ? Had an issue with the phone the phone was not on the store they said me they will need to order it i said okay ? But what is this even after that i said them my apartment number but still didn't received my item i again called them they said they don't have my apartment number i mean are we joke to you guys? They were so rude that they said ok take your refund are you serious? Best buy need to get serious they even said me go to ups office and talk to them i mean why should i talk to them like whyyyyy ? The reason i did the delivery service because i was too busy with the schedule i needed that phone because i had an issue with my old phone but thankyou thankyou for the worst worst worsttttttt service!
