I would like to literally never come back here again. I needed a cable/adaptor for Atari, and the guy kinda acted like I was stupid for asking. Then he asked if I could pull up a picture, and I said yeah, and as I was doing that, he was like I’ll be right back, so I stood there in the coax cable isle, for like 5 mins, then I just left. This is something I can order on Amazon but I prefer to go to a store, rather than order online. But at this point, I just hope I never have to go to Best Buy ever again. It sucks, every time. Customer service is just horrible.

Best Buy Review: A Frustrating and Disappointing Experience I had an absolutely terrible experience at Best Buy today, and I feel compelled to share how poorly my visit went. I had a scheduled appointment, which I assumed would ensure prompt service, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. I arrived on time and waited for over an hour, and not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. The store wasn’t even busy—there was one customer being helped the entire time I was there, and it seemed like all the staff’s attention was focused solely on them. What’s the point of making an appointment if no one even bothers to check in with you? I felt completely invisible. The lack of communication and customer service was beyond frustrating. No one approached me, no one checked if I was being helped, and no one seemed to care that I was just sitting there, waiting for my appointment to be honored. After wasting over an hour of my time, I finally gave up and left without getting the assistance I needed. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and it’s clear that Best Buy needs to improve their customer service and appointment system. I won’t be returning anytime soon, and I’d caution others to think twice before relying on this store for timely or attentive service.
