Best buy is the best store yall
Returned a computer purchased at Best buy com. It was an open-box unit in "excellent" condition. Not only did it not have a power supply in the box, but it was non-functional, not even connecting to WiFi. The manager on duty refused to open a new unit to replace this although it WAS in stock. I feel this was bait and switch as I would have had to pay more than double to walk out with the unit advertised.
Price brand new said 7.99$ went to check out saw 19.29 for the total. Product was mislabeled. When I went back to confirm the price was wrong the customer service line had filled up in the 45 seconds I was turned the other way
