Very bad treatment. I bought a phone two weeks ago. The return period is 14 days. When I returned the phone, they took half the amount from me and told me that this money was because I opened the phone’s box. What is this nonsense?
Mike the apple guy was a great help. Too bad the BestBuy team totally blew the $1000 sale by failing at taking my money.
They tried to sell me a returned keyboard but rang it up $50 more, almost full price, and told me I needed to go order it on bestbuy.com to get the price I was shown in store TWICE.
