Brendan at Best Buy was so helpful and efficient when I came to buy a laptop, keyboard and mouse, and hdmi cable. When I came back in 10 minutes later for the router I forgot to buy, we laughed about it and he politely explained the differences in routers to me. Overall it was a great experience that will have me shopping here again for my electronic needs.
We bought a large TV and TV mount from the Traverse City store. Every time I call customer service for help, the only people I can talk to are at the call center in South Africa. That is after you deal with AI and want to pull your hair out. You can't talk to a person in the store. How is this possible? All I want is to talk to someone at the store I bought it from without having to drive 50 min to get there. Mind blowing. I will never shop there again.
Made the drive to this location because both the items I needed were in stock and I didn't want to wait for shipping. Turns out both items were out of stock, even though they were showing in stock on the associate's inventory as well. This is why I just buy things on Amazon.
