Ordered an iPhone 17 received and email stating “If you're adding a plan, the person named on the plan must be there for pickup. We can help you transfer your data from your old device to your new one.”
I was told to leave with my phone and no help
We waited for the Labor Day sale to buy new appliances for our new home. The sale was great, the young man that helped us, Xander, was very nice , but noone told us that the appliances were not available until the end of November or possibly at all! Also heavily pushed the protection plans for nonexistent appliances. How very strange. We won't be returning and we returned everything because we need them sooner, obviously. Why are you selling things that aren't available ? Why are there so many clerks on the floor and noone knows what's going on? Your people need to be trained better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful early this afternoon. I found what I needed. While one of the products I bought will need returned this weekend due to serious product quality issues, I can't blame the staff. They earned their store a 5 today. 👍
