Absolute clickbait for there customer service number. Called ahead of time to see if they have a cb antenna in stock, was told over phone yes we have it in stock and available. Drove a hour and a half to get said item and was told at store" that the phone number is not there store phone number directly. Best Buy outsources there customer service overseas" proceeds to pull out his phone goes to best buy website types cb antenna then says " we have customers that come in all the time, all they do is this" scrolls through his phone shows me a picture and says " ya we have them in stock and sends them here and we get to explain that we have no control or say over anything or anyone who speaks over the customer service line. Best Buy no longer supports call in lines per store." Great way to do business!!!

Went in the otherday for a laptop, marys helped me find an open box deal, basicly brand new. He also hooked me up with a case and microsoft office all for less than the original laptop price by a hundred.
