The person in the television department was very knowledgeable, friendly, accurate and was helpful for us making a decision.
Do not waste your time worst experience ever! First try to order a chest freezer online twice, but the order would not go through. Then I checked my bank account and my bank account was charged twice, but there was no order placed. Therefore Best Buy could not complete the order.
Second, I went to the store, made an in person purchase of a freezer, did not have one on display, Was able to pick it up get it loaded came home got unloaded and then went to open it and the freezer is damaged not just a little like the whole corner shattered. Call The store and get directed to Customer service from who knows where and they tell me I have to wait to speak to somebody until Monday. Monday I call and they can do an exchange but I have to wait two weeks for them to do it along with pick up the old and bring me a new one. In the meantime I have 300 pounds of pork that I need to get in a freezer. Talk to a manager and not helpful at all can’t do anything I can bring it in. They could try and put a hole on a freezer that they have at the store but no guarantees. Worst experience ever will never buy something from there again
