I had a great experience with Nick. We were there about 10 minutes and luckily got Nick. He answered all my questions and gave me technical insight. 20 minutes later I bought a TV. Very happy.
I have the Best Buy support for my lap top with the geek squad. I was in store yesterday and I could not get anyone to acknowledge me so I finally after waiting and trying to catch someone’s eye for over 25 minutes I left the store empty handed. Today I call the store I’m on hold forever then they disconnect me. I also tried the online service to book an appointment. The chat function does not work then I call the Best Buy 880 number only to get someone who does not speak clear English. (That alone is annoying) that person was unable to help me so they sent me a link to the same address that I tried before with no success.
After my appointment was finally booked today waiting and jerking around with the off shore help for 45 minutes. This is inexcusable! Going to the store waiting and never being acknowledged so o eventually walk out then today many phone calls and chats. I called to talk to the store manager and the call was routed again offshore. They wanted to know why I wanted to talk to the manager. I told them I don’t have to tell you I want to tell the manager . The foreign call center told me that I would have to go to the store to talk to the manager, again inexcusable and I was in the store Saturday and I must have been invisable, because no one acknowledged me so I left.
This store is poorly run understaffed and rude.
What’s the point in buying the support pkg if you can never be acknowledged or even greeted!
Regret being a best buy customer. Maybe I can a refund for the services I paid for that Best Buy won’t let me access?
