How do I check product availability at the Smyrna Best Buy?

Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

Did a appt online on their site for a TV repair. Get there and they say we don't do TV repairs but if you are still under warranty we could send someone to your house to fix it. What is that supposed to mean?? (TV is 5 years old 60in Hisense 2021 May, we had the 2 year warranty not the 5). So now I've wasted time driving to their facility where I bought the TV 5 years ago. Site is deceiving because you put in the comments what you're coming in for and it doesn't say we don't work on TV's. To end this there's not much else to say on that issue.
