I bought a TV online and was supposed to pick it up today, but this morning I saw a notice that my order had been cancelled. No one called to warn me. It was a gift that was supposed to be given today, but the money never arrived in my account, leaving me without the gift or the money. I'm furious; I've never been scammed like this before.

Made an appointment for a dash cam install for a same day appointment at noon. I get there at 11:55 and drive around back to their garage where the install was supposed to take place. At noon I knock on the door to the garage and nobody answered. I sat outside and waited for 10 minutes and knocked intermittently and nobody answered so I decided to go back into the store and ask what the deal was. The associate who helped me was actually extremely nice and he said that the person for geek squad has not come in yet and that I could go hang out in the theater section and he would have somebody come and grab me whenever they came in. I waited in the Theater section for 20 minutes and did not have anybody come and grab me so I went back to the front and asked what the deal was and then he told me that because I booked the same day the geek squad person‘s board was completely filled out and he wouldn’t be able to accommodate me today. When I walked to my car again the bays to the garage still we’re not open which makes me think that the person still had not shown up even though it was 30 minutes past when they were supposed to open. That sounds like terrible customer service to me and I will make sure to warn every single person to never go to this Best Buy again.
