How do I check product availability at the Perimeter Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Horrible customer support experience. Purchased Iphone 17 pro max case and protective glass and the lady at the tills (didn’t catch her name) was very cold and rude (27/09/2025 at 1:42PM). Sales assistants in apple section were amazing though. If you hate your job, don’t do it? I work in customer service and treat each and every customer with dignity and at least basic politeness. Something this store definitely lacks.

Inside the store is great very friendly and helpful salespeople. Parking lot security is horrible with low lighting no cameras and no security guard in apparently a bad part of town since our car was was keyed front to back. If you have a choice go to a different store with better security.

Solid best buy experience. Not sure what a 5 star Best Buy is.. but I'll let you know when I find one
